Balanced flavours, quality ingredients, kind staff, and clean and lovely ambience.Beautifully crafted and delicious viennoiseries - my favourites include the kouign amann and raspberry croissant.Cinnamon knot is sensational - love that there is cinnamon inside and out and textures are awesome!They also sell bread but I get too distracted by the pastries.
My favourite croissants in the city, and their nutella croissant is a usual craving! I love the selection and the ambiance of the cafe, and their pastries are always super fresh and flakey!

It is definitely one of the top croissants bakeries in Toronto. I got to try a few of the flavours of their flaky pastry. They have more classic variants like pan du chocolate and Nutella filled croissant but also more contemporary flavours.
