Had Kibo for the first time and I would say it was pretty good. There were no premium pieces but the fish/ sushis were overall very yummy and fresh. Also can we talk about the packaging, so cute! On the other hand I did not like the tempura, the batter wasn't light and crispy, but more on the harder side.
It is the most authentic Japanese restaurant in the cabbage town and st james area. Not only that the food is fresh and neatly prepare as what Japanese food should be, even the placement of the chopsticks, plates, teacups by our Japanese waitress is meticulously executed. This us the go to Japanese that I can confidently say you won't go wrong if you come here.
