“We had the spicy pork bulgogi on a sizzling platter and seafood noodle soup and we are stuffffffffed. Also hot take but the california rolls are weirdly good. Cozy place too with a cute front room. Our server was very friendly and kind too. :)“

“We went there on Halloween night with a big group of 16 people, and honestly, I was so impressed! Even though the restaurant was super busy, the staff were incredibly organized and friendly. They served our food really fast, and everything was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was fun and festive, and we all had a great time. Definitely recommend this place — they really know how to handle a crowd with a smile!“

“Soup It Up has always delivered exactly what I want from it: ruthlessly efficient service and unpretentious soup and sandwiches. Nothing more. Nothing less. Looking at earlier reviews, the complaints seem to be focused on the decline in quality over time. I've only been coming to Soup It up for the last two years, but haven't noticed any decline at all in that time. The sandwiches are particularly good value. There are better lunch options in the PATH, but these ratings are largely unfair in my view. I for one will continue to proudly and shamelessly SOUP IT UP on my lunch breaks.“

“Met up with 2 old friends on a rainy Sunday evening seeking a good Indian restaurant at King’s Kurry.
We ordered 3 dishes - Aloo gobi, Lamb Roganjosh and Chicken Pasanda - along with garlic naan and rice.
Excellent flavour and medium hotness was perfect for the 3 of us who are of different palates.
Service is not forceful which means they don’t rush you to order and finish quickly.“

“I had a great experience at this Hunan restaurant! The interior decor is full of Chinese charm, with warm-toned lanterns paired with brick walls that create an amazing atmosphere. The dishes are authentic Hunan-style—sautéed beef slices are tender and flavorful, with a perfect balance of fresh and spicy notes that hit the spot. The casserole soups are rich and soothing, and the ingredients are super fresh too.“

“I’ve been coming here for years and it’s still one of my favorite spots in the city. The owner makes both the vegan and bone broths herself every night, using the same northern Vietnamese recipes she learned from her mom. You can really taste the care and balance in every bowl. It’s also one of the few places in Toronto with full vegan pho and vegan bánh mì, and they’re both excellent. Open late, run with heart, and always consistent. This place deserves a lot more love.“

“Hands down the best BUN BO HUE in the city. The combination of spices and spiciness in the soup base really hit the spot. I substituted the beef shank and pork bone for lean rare beef. Been coming here for decades and will continue to come back for this soup, which is only served on weekends. Service was quick and easy.“

“The food is indeed delicious. However, the prices are not reasonable. You eat on paper plates and plastic utensils , but the lady FORCES you to tip her. She stands at your table awkwardly asking for tip and doesn’t leave until you tip her. We paid almost 80$ for three people.“

“The food overall is okay but if you are getting something I would recommend the Irish Chinese spice bag, it’s pretty good. Service took longer than expected. For this area and price the food is pretty good but again I would recommend the spice bag“
“From the kind setvicr of the pretty young lady, to the quality of the Phò soup (considering I am not an expert in Viet food) everything was really good. The price is very reasonable compared to other vietnamese food restaurant with the same or lower quality in my humble opinion.“

“I’ve been a big fan of yunshang rice noodle from when I first stumbled upon it a few years ago (2023). I come here a few times a month and I find that the food is always fresh, delicious, clean and cost effective. The rice noodles are also unlimited so if you’re still hungry you can always ask for another bowl (or two) of noodles. I get the tomato, beef and enoki mushroom noodle soup as my regular order, and I highly recommend it. The staff are also very efficient and the owner/manager is extremely hospitable and friendly.“

“Great healthy option in the food court. The sandwiches are great, but the salads are my favorite. Light yet filling and full of protein. Service is always really fast and the portions are generous.
Little pro tip: You can go on their website, to their nutrition tab, and calculate the exact nutritional breakdown of your meal.“

“I’m extremely picky when it comes to food, and I hadn’t found a place in Toronto that truly satisfied me — until now. This restaurant has exceeded all my expectations! The food is incredibly delicious and you can tell it’s homemade, with zero processed ingredients. Everything tastes fresh and made with love. Highly recommended! The only bad thing is… I got hooked! Now I won’t be able to sleep thinking about when I’ll be back.“

“Went there unintentionally just to get some quick snack while waiting for friends. The atmosphere was like you are so where in France. I grabbed salad and a coffee and my partner enjoyed tasty cappuccino. Great balanced dressing not overpowering the taste of the fresh greens and sesame seeds. Service itself was great, since they recognized I was a first-time visitor, the ambassador had helped me to make a choice. To my surprise the prices were “balanced” as well. Great place in the heart of Toronto! Recommend it.“

“I recently visited Kish Roti and Doubles, and as always, it was an amazing experience! The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic taste. Their doubles are soft with the perfect filling, and the roti is just out of this world. The staff is super friendly and provide excellent customer service — they always make me feel welcome. I go there whenever I get the chance because I truly enjoy their food and hospitality. Highly recommended! 😋✨“
