I love Subway sandwiches already, but Hirl was pleasant and helpful and made the entire customer experience wonderful. Sometimes customer service suffers in the morning -- hey, we're all tired! -- but she did a wonderful job for me and my fiancé this morning. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be coming back to this location because of Hirl!
I visited this Subway a couple days before. The restaurant was quite busy. However, the staff was pretty quick in taking and making orders. The name of the sandwich artist who prepared my food was Sneh. He was very friendly and energetic. Despite working in a busy environment he was quite calm in nature and very quick in making my sandwich. Loved the food and the customer service. Would definitely recommend to visit this place if you are hungry and happen to be near eaton centre.
