This time it was for 520(Chinese Valentines Day) and they made the cake so cute in a heart shape and so loving that when my husband brought it to me I thought it was our first date again hahaha. I love this bakery so much and I order cakes for my friends and family for special events and birthdays every time (I swear the owner might think I have diabetes from ordering so much cake)“

“love coming here for my family’s birthday cakes! the whipped cream frosting is delicious, and the cake is so soft and fluffy without being dry. the durian cake (6 inches) is fabulous but i do wish the durian was more spread out and not all filled directly in the middle. i placed my order two days before my pick up time and it was made on time luckily. the lady was so nice to give me an extra candle as i needed two for my sisters. will definitely be returning back as always“

The lady at the store gave us the best recs on which Madeleine, pastries and drinks to get with such unmet enthusiasm. She even gave us water for our sweets without us asking. They’ve been around for over 20 years, and it truly shows in the consistency and quality of everything they offer. The pastries are always incredibly fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious. I would definitely describe it as a European-style bakery, with that special attention to detail and flavor you don’t often find.
You can also order custom-made cakes for birthdays and special occasions, which makes it even more special.
Their tea selection is wonderful — they serve Sloane tea, which is one of my personal favorites, and their jams are just as impressive.
The staff is always polite, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, which makes the whole experience even better.

“Got a few pastries for takeout because the cafe was really busy. I really liked the Kinako Choux and the Yuzu Cake (very refreshing). The other cakes were ok; not too unique in flavour but they were not too sweet. The Abbie one had really sour raspberry inside.

Their matcha drinks were fine. They had some flavours I haven't seen before, like pineapple and blueberry. The pineapple is lighter and sweeter in flavour (more similar to strawberry). The blueberry one had a strong and heavy flavour.“

“I ordered a cake slab from Irresistible Cakes (icakes) just a few days before my event, and the process was seamless. Their customer service was fantastic throughout! However, on the day of the event, I found myself stuck on the DVP for 3 hours due to an unexpected highway closure (yes, I was late). To make things worse, there was a mix-up with the delivery address – Ave instead of Rd.

Thankfully, icakes went above and beyond by instructing the driver to reroute, even though they didn’t have to, and I was beyond grateful for their flexibility. I can’t guarantee they’d do this for everyone, as they have a pretty thorough policy, but their willingness to help saved the day.

Luckily, someone was at the event to receive the cake, and it was a hit with everyone! Huge thanks to icakes for the excellent experience, and a special shoutout to the driver! Of course, I made sure to tip!“

“Wow — what a delicious birthday cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday! I ordered a cake with custom photo imaging, and it turned out beautifully. The cake itself was incredibly moist and full of flavor, and the photo printed on top was clear and done perfectly.

The only small drawback was that the cake may not have been secured properly during transportation, because the icing on one side ended up a little smudged by the time I checked it in the car. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have it fixed right away.

That said, the cake was absolutely delicious and still made the celebration extra special. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful cake!“

They also have lots of other Persian patties like Napelon, Keshmeshi, Rolet, etc. which all are really great.
At the other side of the bakery you can have a good coffees and even some sandwiches for the breakfast or brunch.“

They have the best Napoleon in town and their bakery section always has a line up. Everything is baked in-house. They are open 7 days a week with lots of free and convenient parking. Any Armenian delicacy - they go it or they'll make it and it's the best!“

“Such a unique dessert experience! I stopped by to try their Jellycat-inspired jelly cakes and was impressed by both the presentation and taste. The cakes are adorable and make a great gift or centerpiece for a special occasion.

What I liked most was that the desserts weren't overly sweet. The jelly cake has a light, refreshing texture that's very different from traditional cakes, making it a nice option if you're looking for something less heavy.

My favourite item was actually the Mochi Bites. The chewy mochi exterior paired with fresh fruit and cool ice cream inside was delicious. The strawberry flavour even came with a fresh strawberry inside, and the durian flavour was my personal favourite.

We also tried the Mochi-lato. While I personally prefer a creamier ice cream, I appreciated the unique texture and the portion size was very generous.

Overall, a fun spot for anyone looking to try something different from the usual cakes and desserts. I'll definitely be back to explore more flavours!“

“I ordered a birthday cake here the first time. I expected the writings will be placed on top of the retangular cake. There are lots of empty spaces... why they put the writing on a very tiny piece of chocolate and put it at the side of the bottom. It was hardly to see what was in the writing. For what occasion and for who! Quite disappointed! And they charged me a price of $17 more according to their listed price of $65 for a 8"x12" cake. Plus an extra of $20 for the pair of baby shoes (a plastic toy) for decoration. I also tried their bread, also find the textures are hard to chew... I wont return again.“
