“Absolutely love this place. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The space is large with a patio open for the summer and a bunch of tv's for game days. The washrooms are clean and has accessibility options.
The best burger I've had in ages was the fiesta burger. The combinations of flavours and the juicy patty were the perfect combination and doesn't make you feel heavy after eating. The bead was soft but not soggy and held everything inside just right. The poutine is made with home fries and the gravy is delicious. The Flat bread is a great share or perfect for a meal with many options to customize. And if you have space for the bread pudding, it's definetly worth it. The warmth and cinnamon bursts from the bread and he ice cream on top adds the perfect sweetness to compliment the bread. Perfect to share too, unless you decide to keep it for yourself haha.“

“Nice little place to get some good bar food with friends and watch a game. We had veggie quesadillas and a greek salad. Food was great and prices were quite reasonable. The place itself is easy to miss, being tucked away in a little strip mall. It would hold 30-35 people max. The owner works very hard to keep her customers happy and provide a good experience. We would happily return!“

“My first time there was 02/03/24. Nice place and definitely an adult crowd. A big shout to the DJ/Selector "Roots Fire Sound" Donson, who was fantastic. He had the vibes on lock with good music and shout-outs to the birthday people about five that night. The owner of the lounge, Sugar bird, took over from the DJ/Selector about 2 hours before closing, and why? He shut the vibes down. He needs to let the professional do the job from start to finish. There is also jerk chicken, chicken wings, soup, and other food, which I won't comment on because I didn't eat anything. There is also a $10 charge at the door.“

“My boyfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Jack Astor’s, thanks to our amazing server, Kris. She was incredibly nice and fun to chat with. Her sense of humor matched ours perfectly, and the banter throughout our meal was great.

At one point, I joked about adding crayon shavings to our meal to make it look like colorful sprinkles. To our surprise, Kris brought us a brownie with a side of "artisan crayon shavings" (AKA sprinkles) that made us laugh so much! It was such a thoughtful and humorous touch that really showed how much she cared about making our experience special.

“Great place to gather Iraqi Canadians in the GTA. While it's sitting in the middle of an industrial hub, it has succeeded in gathering families around a tasty traditional meal, like creamchop or "qoozi", or a social game or event. This place can do something with to be more esthetically pleasing but hey who cares.This place targets a specific community and may not be appreciated by others.You have to know somebody there before you can enjoy the place.“

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting St Louis for their famous chicken wings, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The wings were flavorful and perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.

What made my experience even more enjoyable was the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Brenda. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience. Her menu recommendations were spot-on, my drinks were always filled, i really enjoyed my time here, and she managed to make us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. I got the New York dinner and it was great. But felt overpriced for the quantity. Still, it was delicious and very much enjoyed.“

“Stopped by for a dinner after a long day of berry picking and stumbled upon this restaurant in King city. Not sure what to expect at first walking into the establishment as there wasn’t anyone to greet us when we walked in. As we entered into the main dining area, we met the owner and some of the local folks at the bar. The owner was super friendly and chatted with us through the evening and even introduced us to the owner of the berry farm!

Overall the food was great, the atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and buzzing with locals. The friendliness of the owner and the locals in restaurant made this an unforgettable experience and one for the books. If you are stopping by King city, I highly recommend coming by for a bite at Rockford’s and chatting with some of the folks running the place!“

“Love this place, fries are top tier and the two pounds of wings with Buffalo Ranch and Hot and Honey never get off my mind. Theres a really kind waiter here, she always refers to customers as "my love." Honestly thank you. What if I was going through a tough time? this would have made me feel much better. “Just did an 11 hr shift at work and intended to stop in order and leave. Sarah E. Welcomed me in and offered me a seat to order from.

She then jumped behind the bar to continue what she was doing and Yullia stepped in. Every other time they passed me they checked in, and always with a smile. Ended up stay an hour and a half ?

I grately appreciate these ladies for bringing my night to a very positive end. I will be back and I'll bring some of my fellow bus drivers by as well.

To the managers, I wanted to especially thank Sonam. She was wonderful to us the second we walked in the door. She accommodated us and made sure we had a wonderful experience. Her customer service skills are impeccable and she should 100% be a server instead of a hostess. She is truly an asset to your restaurant.

“This place has changed staff and owners a few times in the last couple of years . I just ordered wings to go for my Son and he couldn't finish the undercooked wings even though I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and the place was not busy .
I had to pay extra for a second sauce even though I bought 2 lbs of wings ,its supposed to be Blue cheese but you can't tell from tasting it .“
