“Came across this cute dessert cafe, close to the bowling alley nearby. The owner was very hospitable. She has a very large variety of sweet goods (ie canolis, cupcakes, pastries, brownies, cookies, cakes, fresh dubai chocolate, homemade ice cream), not to mention a wide selection of lattes. We had the biscoff and sweet & salty brownie ice cream. Samples of macaroons and date squares were given. Delicious 😋. If you're in the area of highway 7 and Marycroft, this place will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. Vegan options also available.“

“They honestly make the best cakes and cupcakes. I got their strawberry Chiffon Cake and it was light, moist and the right amount of sweetness. Their mini chiffon flavours are amazing if you don't want to commit to 1 flavour. Staff is super nice and accommodating a short notice request. I would like to try their custom cakes in the future.“

“Came here with a friend and we ordered the large size jumbo ube milk shaved ice with taro paste on the side. When we got the ube shaved ice, it was huge. We couldn't even finish it.

All the toppings tasted great and they dont skimp on the toppings at all. I really loved the Ube paste, taro rice balls, almond pudding, and the taro paste.

For about $20 it is definitely worth coming here to satisfy your sweet tooth. This could easily feed 2-3 people. My one minor complaint would be that the shaved ice is not uniformed and there are some big chunks. Chewing on it got tiring and numbing at the end. I do wish they had the korean styled shaved ice where its almost like soft snow texture.“

“I would like to recommend Victoria K Cakes to anyone looking for theme cakes for a celebration! My family has been ordering cakes from them for the last 5 years and they are always gorgeous. I have included a picture for my daughter’s 21st birthday party and it was a big hit! We chose strawberry shortcake filling and it was delicious. 😋“

“Gianfranco is an awesome person and chef, took the time explaining the whole process to me over the phone and told me this was authentic Italian Tiramisu unlike the modified version who cheap out on ingredients. Tasted amazing, mine was fresh so cutting it was hard to get a perfect slice for pictures ? if you want a quality Tiramisu give Nonna's House Tiramisu a try. I went for the classic, can't go wrong with that choice!Update:After putting it in the freezer it's much easier to cut it the next day and it holds up very nicely.“

“Came for dessert last Saturday night. We drove here all the way from Mississauga for our favorite drink, the frozen hot chocolate. Also ordered the Dulce de Leche Banana crepe. “I was craving a red velvet cookie and luckily Insomnia had some. The reviews here are very mixed but I would say the service was quick and friendly when we came. The cookies are actually delicious, I was even saying they were better than another cookie shop we usually go to. The red velvet was exactly how I expected it to taste and would come back to get some more. The “premium” cookies like skor and smores are a bit more in price but it makes sense when you see the size you get. Overall, I would order here again for cookies and next time I’ll give the ice cream sandwich a try.“
