“I don't typically go to Tim Hortons when I'm home in Toronto because everyone I've been to in midtown Toronto had horriblly slow and rude service.
While visiting Wasaga Beach today, I decided to pick up a sandwich at this location and was pleasantly surprised by the very polite and respectful service. The older lady at the counter was very nice and courteous towards her customers and myself. The young lady that made my sandwich was also very polite and the service was very fast! I don't usually leave positive reviews, but these 2 ladies exceeded my expectations. Bravo!!“
“I order my coffee with half a cream, no sugar and decided to try a pumpkin spice shot to welcome fall, the young lady Ariel served us, she made me aware that The shots do add sweetness and suggested half the shots I’m glad she did because the coffee tasted great! I enjoyed it very much. I’m sure all 4 pumps would have overpowered and been to sweet. Thanks again Ariel“
“I don’t usually write these things, but I felt I had to share my experience. At my age (I’m 68) it’s not every day that you come across such genuinely kind and patient customer service.
I visited this Timmie’s on October 8th 2025 at 4:30pm and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with such warmth. A younglady (I believe her name was Jamie she had blonde hair and glasses) noticed I looked a little unsure of where to go as I missed my bus to barrie, and without hesitation, she came right over and asked how she could help me, I explained my situation and she offered to help me with the next bus, And she also didn’t rush me either when I didn’t know what I wanted when it came time for me to order, she listened, and spoke clearly, not loudly, just kindly. That matters more than people realize at this age, she truly reminded me of my granddaughter with how beautiful big and bright she and her smile was.
She even offered me to bring it to the table while she made my sandwich, which was much appreciated.. these knees aren’t what they used to be! Everything was explained in plain terms, no fancy jargon, and I never once felt like I was being a bother with not knowing what was in an iced cappuccino was, which unfortunately can happen to us older folks now a days .
It’s rare these days to find young people who take the time to help their customers, but this staff went above and beyond. I left with a smile on my face, and it stayed there the whole bus ride home.
To whoever hired and trained that team member thank you. It made a difference in my day, and at my age, those little kindnesses really stand out.kudos too you Tim Hortons
Warmly,Janice.m“
