“Beach Veggie is absolutely exceptional! I had Xan’s food at the Silver Springs Music Festival, where she was the chef, and everything was delicious.

The ingredients are impeccable: fresh, high quality, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour.

You can tell that Xan puts tremendous care into what she creates. The food feels made with love, and that care comes through in every detail.

Her dishes are creative, colourful, satisfying, and proof that vegan food can be incredibly flavourful and exciting. Everything was prepared with care and served with warmth.

Their unique creative approach to ice cream creates a fun experience we stand back and create our own unique flavors. The lights, picnic tables and little spot create a fun spot to visit.
