Our waiter Mike was incredible 🥰 The service and food was exceptional and before we left we made another reservation. My husband and I are Italian and the food has such deep flavour all made to perfection, everything from the start to the very end (appetizers to dessert) was the BEST ! We both left there so extremely satisfied… experience it yourself - you will NOT be disappointed. It’s our favourite restaurant now, hands down beats any other restaurant in Orillia. Worth every dollar spent there. Can’t wait to go there again ❤️”

“We have been getting cakes here for years. This year we ordered a cake with a photo on it and it was absolutely amazing! The photo quality was next level and they added sprinkles to match the colours in the photo which was such a nice touch/surprise. My son was so happy with his cake. Always a 10/10.”

The freezer meals save me from cooking when I get back home and the canned pickles and salsa are the ULTIMATE!!! Very reasonable prices and the portions are perfect! “Bedrock cafe is owned by a wonderful family and they have BY FAR the best pizza around. I’ve been getting pizza here since I was a child and it’s still my favourite. If you’re in or around the area make sure you stop at bedrock for some pizza and meet the wonderful staff! 🍕”

“I was served the most delicious burger I’ve ever eaten. The made in house patty was succulent and cooked to perfection. The boar bacon was juicy. The pickled onions were the perfect pucker-y condiment. The local cheese was divine. Pair that with their top notch fries, beautifully seasoned and served with a house made ketchup. I’ve been dreaming about it since. Our server was wonderful, A1 service! She (I can’t recall her name) came for a quality check and I turned with a single tear running down my cheek and asked her to hold me, I was having a spiritual moment with my meal. The Innis & Gunn was cold and the lines were clean! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the food that we had! We will be back - and that’s a promise!!!”

“I visited Tahini for falafel and had a great experience. One of the staff members named Vimal was very polite, friendly, and helpful. His behavior made the visit even better. The service was quick and pleasant, and the falafel was tasty as well. I really appreciate the good customer service. Will definitely visit again!”

“We dined at State & Main in Orillia recently, having decided to give it another try over a not so great experience a few years ago. Glad we did decide to return as we found the decor and ambiance had improved quite a bit (to warm, inviting and comfortable venue vs the bright and “cold appearance we recalled from a few years back). The service was the best we had seen in a very long time and the food was delish! I had the pistachio crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus and food was delivered hot and very tasty (salmon cooked perfectly)! Would highly recommend this restaurant- especially compared to other restaurants in the area!! Priced competitively as well.”

“Cruising down Highway 11 from Muskoka and the sudden urge for an ice cream cone came upon me.
We were approaching Orilla so dialed up ice cream parlours and a few spots came up.
One oddly connected to a car wash, just couldn’t wrap my mind around that one.
So we headed downtown to Cool Cones.
Nice old building with lots of fresh airy space inside.
Lots of offerings other than ice cream as well.
Of course I ordered the largest cone they had, and my wife ordered the smallest.
Rang in under $15.00 so a reasonable price.
The staff were very polite and friendly as well.
I’ll mark this one on the map for a return date!”

“Absolutely loved the Pho. My first experience with this and I ordered take out. The broth is heavenly, there is a hint of sweetness but absolutely not in a bad way. I ordered chicken and rice noodle pho it came with, if I remember correctly; lettuce(or cabbage shredded), green onion, red onion, basil (I think sweet), parsley/coriander, hot chili sauce, housing sauce, rice noodles, a generous helping of broth, there may have also been shallots and a few other flavors that blended so well together. I started with just enough broth to cover the noodles and half a pack each of the hot chili sauce and poison sauce. I ended up adding the entire package of both and it was perfect. I ended up with broth left over to sip at. I cannot say enough good things about this meal, the flavors of everything married so well together. I will definitely be returning ☺️ next time I'll grab a few pictures of the food”

“There was a short woman that works there, she answered my phone call and she was the most efficient and asking the right questions to get my order correct quickly and effectively. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and some wings. She was amazing. She was stern didn’t really have a smile in her face, but who cares she delivered exceptional service I’ll definitely come back here again.”
