“We got a blizzard but it was not prepared well. We requested for another and they immediately took it back and got us a fresh one which was made properly.
Parking: It's in a plaza, there are plenty parking spots
Kid-friendliness: You can take your kids for a sweet treat to this place

“Classic longtime spot to get DQ and the best one in the city. There's a very nice tattooed girl there (I think she is the manager) who always makes the BEST blizzards. She is extremely quick, efficient and runs the store very well. She is also the one that makes the best looking cakes. TIP HER WELL!!!!!!“
“Don’t frequent too often but when I do , I head to Laurelwood DQ. Service is always so helpful! Special addition of a birthday wish was written on cake no charge. I find they are always attentive and caring , emphasis on caring . Very clean as well! Pricing is a bit steep but with Groupon not so bad …cakes feed a lot of people and they are delish! Also lots of parking in front of store so cakes do not need to be carried too far to the car. Well done DQ! I’m a fan!“
“This is my favorite location. Staff and management are polite and efficient. We had an offer in the app to buy a small Blizzard and get a Peanut Buster Parfait for a buck or something (can't remember exactly) Anyways, I wasn't feeling chocolate so I asked if it was possible to get caramel instead. They said of course! This is my new favorite treat.“
“I did not get her name but I want to say thank you to be beautiful girl that took my order. She was so sweet I when there for an ice cream, but she saws me thirsty wish I was, and she did not hesitate to offer me a glass to drink some water. It was so hot outside and I feel so much better after that.
