“Valentine's Day dinner for two with my spouse! Had a reservation so we didn't have to wait long. Even though it was a busy time our waitress was terrific - attentive, efficient, friendly. Cocktails and appetizers were great. We had mozzarella and prosciutto, brushchetta, lobster spaghetti and vodka pollo rigatoni with olive oil cake for dessert. Everything was fresh and tasty! We will definitely return.“

“Our new go-to spot! This place is absolutely fantastic! The farmboy pizza and chicken tenders were a hit with the whole family—our toddlers loved them. The pizza tasted fresh and homemade, and my husband couldn’t stop raving about the butter tarts. Great food, friendly service, and perfect for families. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“We had wanted to try State & Main for quite awhile. When we received a gift card we could use, we decided to give it a try. The service was great. And for that reason alone we will come back. Another thing we liked was the background music was a great selection - popular music from the late 80's to early 00's, and the volume was good. What wasn't so great was that the lighting was so poor, we could not read the menus. The lights on our phones helped with that. We were a party of four. Two shared a shrimp appetizer that was excellent, three had a burger selection, two with fries, one with soup. Burgers were very good and the soup was tasty. However, the fourth guest ordered the Cobb salad and unfortunately, although the salad was fresh, it was terribly bland. The coating on the chicken strips had absolutely no flavour and the dressing seemed like a simple oil and vinegar dressing and did not seem to have the balsamic ingredients, which would have given some zing. All in all, we would come back for another visit but if ordering the salad, would ask for an alternative dressing, to see if that would improve it.“

“Last night we hosted a gym holiday party at Billie Jax and we were so happy with our choice. We were a group of about 45+ and had the best service, food and atmosphere. It worked out to be a fantastic choice and they were able to cater to all of our demands And needs. Everyone had an amazing time and I’m so thankful for the servers that took amazing care of us. “We asked for a quiet area to sit they sat a family with little kids having a birthday party next to us and another group of about 15 people just down from us the cutlery is dirty none of the knife and forks match the location by the highway has gone down hill we been waiting for our food for about and hour and people that ordered after us got their food The seats are dirty and ripped and holes new furniture in here and plus the tables always sticky gross and service very bad and no tip from us“

You can tell when someone truly cares about their job, and Josie really does. She didn’t just serve us dinner, she made the whole experience better. “Quick friendly service. I got the BH Angus combo with a poutine and root beer through the drive through with one person in front and behind me. Only had to wait a few minutes and I was on my way. The burger was very filling and the poutine was ok, no complaints here. I should have ordered the fried jalapeño burger instead so ill give it a try next time. Give it a try if you're looking for a quick and filling bite to eat. I paid 21.46 for everything“
