“Ordered a cake for my niece's birthday, and I am super happy I decided to order from Susi. We wanted a custom design ice cream cake, based on the Max and Ruby mudcake. Half dirt and worms, half pink flowery cuteness. Susi worked with me to get all the details right, and even emailed the day of to tell me how the cake turned out, as it was the first ice cream cake with such a heavily weighted design she had done. Looked good, tasted fantastic and most importantly my neice loved it. Professionalism and sweetness from start to finish. I cannot wait to order from Susi again.“

“I don’t leave reviews often, nor am I really a cake person but I just had to leave 5 stars! We ordered a custom cake for a friend’s 30th (who’s pregnant and had a very specific craving). We were able to order a lemon cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese icing just as the mama to be wanted. It was one of the best cakes we’ve ever had, not to mention how beautiful it looked. It wasn’t overly sweet and it was light and delicate but packed with flavour.

“I had the pleasure of being served by a highly capable and exeptional cashier. Her name was Aisha.

While taking my order, I requested a small cup with ice. Aisha, did not just put the ice inside the cup. She personalized the service by asking me if I wanted the cup to be filled up or if I need it with less than half. She even asked if a lid was needed to cover the cup.

I shop at this location because the service is great. Manager, Louise is extremely professional. I believe Aisha's service delivery reflects the kind of culture that she promotes there. I remember that about 2 months ago, after placing my order the store realized that an item was just finished. Instead of refunding, manager Louise called up another store within relative proximity to have them serve me the item just to ensure that I got everything I wanted.

“We ordered catering trays for a Christmas party and the food was spectacular! Perfectly seasoned, very generous portions, reasonably priced and authentic Portuguese flavour. The service was also excellent as Sandra helped me navigate what to order and how much to get. The only reason I didn’t offer a perfect rating is because the fish was cold whereas everything else was hot when we picked it up. No harm done… a quick reheat when we got home and we were ready to feast. We will definitely be back.“

Such a nice spot to grab lunch if you work in the area!
Pictured is the chicken Cesar wrap (fresh chicken, bacon, I think homemade Cesar dressing) 8.50 and is a good size for lunch!
I also got 1 classic tart and 1 orange tart!
We ordered online and there is a 2$ ‘ service fee’ which I wasn’t happy about. It also automatically does an 18% tip.
