“We had the spinach dip, well good I don't think it was broiled enough or warm enough. The service was lacking, we asked three times for more pita to use with the dip, the waitress walked by 5 or 6 times and kept saying it's coming but it never came. We were disappointed with the service so instead of ordering more, we paid our bill and left. The service was very much lacking.“

“My visit to Swiss Chalet was amazing. I usually go every now and then at a different location and it’s nice but my experience was outstanding this time around as I received stellar service from Josie. She was so caring, kind, and paid attention to detail. I definitely will be coming back.“

“The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Inadequately trained servers, the "manager" definitely could use some serious customer service training AND training with the payment system as he struggled with processing our bill. The food was served cold. We order a Chicken BLT wrap just before our meal ended To-Go and after waiting over 50 minutes for our takeout, we were told the takeout was busy with takeout orders for customers?? excuse me?? what are we?? We had just ordered 2 bar drinks, an appetizer and 2 main entres, so I guess we are not a customer. Unbelievable!! And then the manager proceeded to be combative with us when we began to rightfully complain. No apologies, no discount, nada! No surprise this place has a low rating...THEY'VE EARNED IT! 👎“

“Milestones is always an excellent choice! Food was amazing, service was perfect & the restaurant setting is relaxed. Nice to see they have deals & would be even more frequent diners if there was more, sad today's prices are so high. There was a problem with open table reservation, make sure to double check. Luckily wasn't a busy night & still seated right away. I was treating my husband so I would have been furious if Milestones hadn't had space.“

“This is the best dining experience I've had in a really long time. I had mixed up the closing time and arrived 10mins to closing really hungry. Which already felt like I had to order and rush my food from the greeter's demure. But then Trish the dish Aka Trisha was our server and she made our dining experience memorable. She was patient, absolutely funny, and great company. Almost felt like we were having an exclusive vip dining experience. Food was also awesome. Now that's true customer service. I wish I could give Trish 10 stars. Next time I go there I'm going to ask if Trish is working and ask to be seated in her service area. That's just how amazing she is. She turned my already bad evening into a delightful one.“

“We were a party of 4, one member of our group had serious mobility struggles . All staff around us went beyond reasonable expectations, demonstrating so much patience and making efforts to accommodate some irregular requests. The staff was so considerate and helpful, I can begin to explain how helpful it was in a stressful situation. Their kindness did not go unnoticed … service was top notch - food was alright - mashed potatoes were terrible but otherwise, would recommend ! Thank you.“

“Natalia was an attentive server. The calamari was grossly over cooked. I am actually surprised they even served it! Was deep brown and harder than shoe leather. Natalia brought it back to the kitchen and they gave us a properly cooked appetizer with an apology for the longer wait. An inconvenience truth.“

“Maria was an amazing server. We needed to be in and out quickly, and she was so accommodating. Our food was brought out promptly, and she checked on us often to make sure everything was to our liking. She even gave us a sweet christmas card. Will definitely come back again, highly recommend.“

“I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time and a delicious meal. We will return next year.“

“We recently went for a family night out and had dinner here. Linda was our sever and was fantastic. Not only did she entertain my terrible “listen Linda” jokes, but she had some funny jokes of her own. Dinner was delicious and Linda checked in on us frequently. We will definitely come back.“

“We went to Symposium for our anniversary and what an amazing night! Our server Jaime was beyond amazing. Extremely welcoming and fantastic customer service. I recently came home from a trip in Bermuda and asked the bartender to make me a 'Bermudian Rum Swizzle' and Sawan did not disappoint! He nailed it right on the pin! The food was delicious and compliments to the chef! We also indulged in their tiramisu cake as our dessert and my goodness, the flavor! So fresh! All in all, an extremely wonderful night thanks to Jaime and Sawan!“
