“My friend and I had lunch at Coriander Kitchen and Farm yesterday 6/23. We came back because we enjoyed our first visit last year so much! However, at this visit the food was not so good. I ordered fish and chips and my fish was overcooked and the french fries were not hot. My friend ordered smelt which were awful and greasy which we sent back. We asked for lemon which never came to the table and our waiter seem to be the only one there and they were busy so I don't think we got the attention that we were due. I know this establishment can do better, so I will be going back. But yesterday's service and food were awful.“

Walking in you notice how delicious everything smells, how clean everything is and how friendly everyone who works here is. The food is top notch. The breadding on the catfish fritters made my mouth water, the greens made me want to write home, the mac and cheese was perfectly cooked and the meatloaf was so tender and tasty. Then the dessert! Peach cobbler that made me make obscene noises, the creamy vanilla scoop and the amazing red pop sorbet were bursting with flavorful perfection. I highly recommend going here and trying everything.“

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making it easy to coordinate the menu—even on short notice. Homies got the best assortment of snacks, ice cream and even milkshakes (which is saying a lot because we have 2 huge gas stations in that same block). And the customer service is great! They're all super nice.The BBQ spot on the inside has DELICIOUS chicken and I plan on trying their other stuff cause it looked good but the construction workers keep buying them out. Such a good problem to have! I gotta let yall know tho: the Mac and cheese was bottom tier, edible - don't go home heartbroken like me with a craving for some bussin Mac and cheese.“

“Happened to meet Chef Pops and his nephew Larry when I got a flat tire right outside their restaurant. First I would say they are very nice/friendly people and gave me a hand getting things started with the tire. I ended up grabbing wings, rib tips and mac and cheese after the tire was fixed. “A group of about 10 of us stopped in on a Monday for happy hour - there was a nice crowd, music was playing, sparsely decorated. They have a great patio right on Woodward which is why we came, but it ended up raining. Although only one bartender was working, cocktails came out fast and tasted fresh and good. They have an interesting n/a mocktail made with homemade cordial and soda - I didn't try it this time, but it's good to know they have an option other than soda and lime. The aperol spritz looked good as did the spicy margarita. A good place to catch a quick drink.

They have an interesting food menu - sushi during the day and late night, and bbq for dinner. Maybe a little odd, but I remember when this place was Oslo and had the best sushi, so maybe it makes sense? I'll have to come back to try the food. Everyone working has also been really friendly, so I'd come back. An excellent location if you work downtown.“

I'd prefer 2-3 visits before providing an opinion, but it's definitely worth a try. According to staff, hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday thru Sunday.“

Worst day i had, ordered a small cheese with pepperoni pizza with cajun crust (very good, gently crisp crusts and just enough cajun so 10/10) and a 2L of soda through Uber Eats, Didnt get the soda i wanted , they were out & i guess the uber guy disregarded my note on what to replace it with. I called, even though slightly tense (sorry) the guy was super kind over phone, apparently this Happys Pizza is closer than i thought so i walked to get it replaced and still was super kind, even offered a pie slice. On the verge of tears on xmas eve with the worst day but the service was so kind, and the pizza was good and good service needs to be acknowledged and appreciated so 10/10.“

“Is a carry out. Ordered a number of pizzas for youth. Manager worked with me to place my order a few days in advance, most helpful, he even purchased me a juice from next door while I was there. Was worried about the Saturday noon delivery.. no worries it was right on time actually 3 minutes early. This Pizzas has a better taste and crust then the typical franchises. Even the plain cheese pizza was tasty and enjoyable.

“Theirs not to many places around the city that offer a good, hardy and delicious New Orlean style seafood gumbo but, I happened to be driving around on the westside and was hungry and decided to give a new place I'd heard about from a friend. The spot is called "Dem Noles Bois"...It's been awhile since I had a good gumbo. I've got to tell you, to my surprise, this was the best gumbo that I’ve had in years definitely five stars. I definitely will be back again...I want to try the BBQ Ribs, the fried chicken wings, and for sure, the fried shrimp dinner. P.s., the Banana Pudding was on point“
