“We haven't been here in twenty plus years. One of our friends suggested it and we came for dinner. We have been back a couple of times now.

First the restaurant is old, in the basement, but clean. There is no liquor license. Putting that aside the food is fantastic! We have had several dishes. Pad Thai and cashew chicken. The mango salad is great.

Parking can be tricky. But there are plenty spot around town.“

The owner does all the cooking, which ensures a consistently high level of quality and freshness in every dish. You can really taste the difference—each plate feels carefully crafted, and the ingredients are always vibrant and flavorful. The prices are also very reasonable, making it easy to indulge in excellent Japanese and Thai cuisine without breaking the bank.

Living close by, it’s tough to resist stopping in frequently, and I find myself returning more often than I can count. Over the years, I've brought countless friends here, and they all end up loving it just as much as I do. Marukin has a certain hidden gem quality, making it feel like a special discovery in Windsor. “I love the fried rice with chicken and beef. It also comes with veggies on the side. I love that there is consistency every time I order it. Considering the price, I think the food portion is perfect. Saigon allows in-person dining and also offers delivery. There is no free parking however there is paid roadside parking.“
