The cold cucumber slices were also a nice addition, as it has a nice cold refreshing contrast to the hot rice, and helps cut down on that spiciness that starts to build after a while. I also felt the portion size to lunch price was fair. Customer service was friendly, as well.“

Their menu has a letter and number for each item on the menu like the fast food places so it’s super easy to order over the phone. The staff is super friendly and attentive. “Had been going to this place for a while before the hostess on the phone told me their spice levels. Mild, Med, Hot, then 1X - 10X extra hot. She told me 5X is about habanero and 10X is about ghost pepper level.

I tried 4X and it was close to the hottest thing I've eaten lol. Even got advice on what I could do if it was too spicy. Very pleased with my order, I don't know if I'll go hotter than that, but the food was very flavorful in its own right, disregarding the spice.

“I've enjoyed many dishes here over the years. I used to go and eat inside for lunch when I used to work closer but now still make a special trip for pickup or delivery. I appreciate their attention to quality. The food always arrives hot, flavorful and spicy if requested. “I noticed Bangkok Sala Cafe while I was eating at another spot a couple doors down in the strip mall, and I’m really glad I decided to check it out. The Thai food options near my office within walking distance just haven’t been good, so I didn’t have high expectations—but this place completely changed that.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away. The restaurant has a really cool, welcoming vibe. I ordered the lunch special Pad Thai with chicken (mild), which came with hot and sour soup. The soup came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Not long after, the Pad Thai arrived—and it was packed with flavor, fresh, and cooked perfectly.
The service was top‑notch. The staff made sure my water glass was always full and checked in to make sure everything was great. I was really impressed with how fast the food came out without sacrificing quality.
Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. I’ll absolutely be coming back.“
