“My Chicken was so moist and tender and the yummy potatoes and rice were a great side dish . The portions were so generous that I was able to get two meals for my Quarter Chicken dinner. The Portuguese Nonnas were a absolute delight. I can't wait to come back and enjoy the fish options.“

“I have to bring my family here. Amazing food and service. I also got the Luso water in a glass bottle too which I thought was a great touch to my lunch. I got the half chicken bbq with potatoes and spicy sauce on top. It was top notch also the salad was fresh and tasted great! Highly recommend.“

“I have visited the restaurant several times, and I can confirm the food is delicious, always well served, good portions (I have attached pictures, keep in mind some are half doses of the requested food). The customer service is excellent, super friendly and very professional.

“Uptown Churrasqueira is a nice place to eat. They serve yummy chicken and fresh veggies. The chicken was a little cold, and they could have used more sauce (I asked for extra sauce), but it was still cooked well. The veggies were really fresh and tasty. There isn’t a lot of seating, so be prepared to take it on the go!I think it's a good spot to grab a bite, so I would give it five stars. You might want to try it if you're in the mood for some tasty chicken and veggies.I will add though, the area is hard to get in and out of due to the Finch traffic, but if you’re willing to brave it, then you’ve got a good chance at enjoying this place the same way that I did.“

“Had lunch there today and tried a couple of stables in Portuguese cuisine, Roasted Chicken, Seafood Paella and Fried salty cod bites for snacks. Chicken was tender and perfectly matched with sautéed potatoes and salad, the hot sauce was spot on. The Seafood Paella was made to order, awesome freshness and perfectly seasoned, exactly what we expected. The fried cod bites were flavorful, soft with a crispy, crunchy surface. This tasted like having dinner at someone's house in Portugal and that's what it's all about.“

“Tried lunch here for the first time today. Yummy! Serving size is huge! Also tried white port - very nice. Tastes like ice wine. I had the oxtail stew with rice and potatoes. Had flan for dessert. My work colleaugues had the cod and beef pie. The salad was so good too.“

“I wanted to give a shout out to this wonderful little restaurant. I've been coming here since I was a kid, discovered them in 2007 and have been a loyal customer since. Although I no longer live in Vaughan, I still travel to see family, and stop by Polo Loco every time. The food has always been absolutely delicious, the owner is genuine to his customers and very kind. I will never forget about this little place, as it holds a lot of memories for me and has a place in my heart.“

“We happened upon this restaurant by a recommendation .....omg....what a diamond of a place... enter through the front door on College Street and wander through to the amazing back patio.....the ambience is unbelievable, you are made to feel so comfortable and at home....our server was Peter who was beyond amazing....if you are looking for a place to go I definitely recommend this place......we are from Ottawa way but will be coming back...totally a 10 out of 10“

“Hi, I really like this bakery. I like the atmosphere. I think the place is really nice and I wanted to give it a review because the service was really good. I like how the lady offered us a free cake because my mom she dropped the cake and then the lady in the coffee shop Gave us a free.flan And I think what I liked about that was This lady had a good gesture and yeah, I feel like I like the pastries there I especially order the chocolate cake which is really amazing. I always order the slice of chocolate cake and it’s really incredible Very fluffy and creamy and very full of really nice chocolate and Very inspiring by the movie of Matilda And I’ve tried some of my mom‘s delicious egg pudding or flan and it was really sweet and yummy.
