Atmosphere was nice but quite old school which could be seen as a positive or negative. Overall I'd recommend this to anyone looking for some pretty tasty and relatively authentic Thai food“

“I have never had such a beautiful experience in a restaurant. This is a family restaurant that takes pride in the food they prepare. The food is very delicious and the servings are very generous. Every bite is full of flavour. Their house tea is soothing and the owner said it's a special medicinal tea that helps sleep better and digestion. They are super kind and warm, and they have a very relaxing ambiance. All their sauces are home made and super delicious. This is my new favourite chinese restaurant. So thankful I encountered it, and lucky to be by them. ✨🌟

“Lately, I can't get enough of their General Thai Chicken. The ratio of meat to rice is generous. It's nice that they get this right and it's probably why we keep returning for more. The sauce is delicious. This is the only takeout we keep coming back to. The food is freshly made, but the wait is not long at all.“

“Fabulous, the vegetables cooked just right and fresh. This is not your regular food court fare. Even if you get there near end of day, the food is as fresh as at lunchtime. Highly recommend! Oh and the staff is great.“

“We were so happy when we found out that this Pai location was in our neighbourhood and it has now become a staple. We don't notice a difference from the downtown and Eglinton locations - it's the exact same quality and portion sizes. We also love that they are so accommodating about substitutions and making items gluten free. Never a bad meal here!“

I did delivery to my office and they gave me utensils, condiments etc but the price is just waaayyy too much. Almost $15 for Pad Thai is very overpriced but I’m sure that’s the chain set price not this exact location. I also added extra noodles and got medium spice, it’s definitely spicy haha so if you cannot tolerate spicy get none at all and I suggest to ask for it in a bowl instead of the small containers! Overall it’s super delicious but I probably won’t go here too often based on the price because this did not even include a drink or side.“
