“Porta via was really clean and so flavourful. I didn't know what to expect walking in but the workers were so helpful - quickly asking if it was my first time there and helping me order. The food itself was ready quickly and it was all clean, fresh, and flavourful. They had lots of spices off to the side as well! My bowl came out to $20 and was really worth it and filling. Definitely give this place a try if in the area especially for work lunch.“

“Dr Goldfield is a genius. We both stayed in the Amazon jungle together for 7 nights and we had nothing but the clothes on our backs. He took on tarantulas, scorpions and snakes.we were at desperation until he swam butt naked 17 miles up the Amazon river to get help. Absolute genius“

I tend to order more than I ever would with selective items sales, especially if I wish to take advantage of their free shipping option, which is good. Plus, I might hold off ordering from elsewhere if I knew earlier when such a promotion was coming. . . . Their shipping is done in a expeditious manner. Their prices are competitive. Although I wish they would promote more overtly meeting a competitor's price, for in all likelihood, I would order more from them when I purchase a set of items -- rather than order some from them and other identical, but cheaper products, even with discounts, from another supplier. And some of those suppliers have sale prices as well. Overall, in summary, they are an healthy choice as a source for health enhancement products, and they deserve a thumb's up.“

“I’ve walked by here for months, and eventually tried the PB&J yogurt cup. I couldn’t resist after that and now I am a regular. I learned who Mona is …..she is the owner! and every tip I’ve given is actually hers.

She has recommended a famous and popular maple cup, and has so many fresh options and substitutes. It is very much worth the price to eat something fresh, locally sourced and made, right in the morning to start my day. And of course, I get to support Mona!

Quite honestly a disappointing experience initially. I’ve been to other Olly Fresco’s Queens Quay locations around the financial district, and this one didn’t meet the same standard. The fish wasn’t cooked properly and the noodles weren’t as good.“

“I got the build-your-own bowl with black rice, five toppings and poke salmon. It was my first time trying black rice in a poke bowl and it tasted like sticky rice. Besides, they also had sweet potato noodles and quinoa as base options which is not common to see in a poke bowl. The toppings and salmon were fresh and the portions were fair. ?“

“I recently visited this plant-based restaurant for the first time (Yorkville location). I ordered the Ginger Peanut salad (yummy!). It was a generous portion. I read on their website that many of their ingredients are organic, which influenced my decision to go there. BEST for smoothies and soups, however a very limited salad selection (they only have kale Caesar in winter).

Clean and bright atmosphere, best to dine in for sure! Portions a bit bigger for dining in, too.
