First visit was today, place was spotless clean, meals were packaged exceptionally well, a huge variety to choose from, plant based with no oil for majority of the menu, and the tipping point of making this place exceptional is the owner! Karen greeted me with a smile, had my order ready, provided a ton of tips and suggestions, and even walked the items to my car. Thanks to Good Grains my meal planning is going to be so much easier to stick with now that I don't have to shop or cook!! I highly recommend Good Grains, in a world of processed fatty foods, this place is refreshing for the soul and good for it as well! “We have been carrying Athletes Kitchen meals in our gym for over a year now and we cannot recommend them enough! Alot of our clients rely on these meals and we have never received any negative feedback. Our only issue is how fast we sell through them, they are so delicious!Ingredients are clean and the macros are amazing, we feel confident recommending them to our clients who are focusing on their health and fitness journey. The rotation of meals is nice and the portions are perfect. Our clients especially love having the shredding and athlete options.Oscar is very helpful and knowledgeable and constantly improving his services (they recently introduced all new biodegradable packaging which we love)These meals have become a staple to our business and we are so grateful. 100% recommend!“

“Never heard of this place till a saw their instagram ad! I came for an event they were hosting “paint n sip” which you don’t see too often with a drink shop ! So this experience was really unique for new customers to come out and try their drinks!We came a bit late to the paint event, but it was also so much fun with the instructor :) she was also very helpful and I loved how she promoted self-care!I ordered the strawberry cheese cake and my bf ordered the raptors frappe which came included in the price. Both were so good! “Stopped by today at Olly Fresco Queens Quay location. What an amazing selection of food! Everything was well presented and looked fresh. The buffet was reasonably priced and offered a variety of tasty items. Their service was exceptional, especially the blonde girl Melaney! “I am rating this place 4 because I do genuinely like it, and don't want to hurt their rating. I just want to tell the company that on at least 2 occassions, I have taken bites of vegetables that have tasted moldy and had to spit them out. I understand the concept behind the business model and want to support it...but they need to be more diligent when sorting through produce and throw away anything that looks moldy. I will continue going here in hopes that this issue is corrected, because I do very much like the bowls... But I don't like eating moldy food, and if not corrected then I will probably stop going. I order often, so its not every time...but I would say at least twice in the past 2 months. :/ I hope this feedback is helpful.“

“This location has been taken over by a new management recently and you can feel the change as soon as you enter the restaurant. Neat and clean interiors and amazing customer service. Mr. Rangdol (the owner) has been really helpful and generous. Food was amazing and my fav has always been an Oaxaca bowl with steak. Luckily, they also do serve great breakfast ! “This store has such incredible products that are hand selected by the owners/staff. As a nutritionist being mindful of ingredients and quality of products is really important to me. They carry only products that ensure quality. They also have lots of great gift options and cards for when you are in a bind and need some great gift ideas. They support small business and carry a wide variety. If you want to grab a nice matcha or coffee you can also get that with a nice fresh homemade cookie on the side that they make in house! “I was trying to get a product and had a hard time finding it but was lucky enough to get it at Nature's source. The customer service was a good unfortunately I have a discount and they could not apply it because they did not know how and the person who was in charge of their internet team was unavailable. It was very unfortunate because if you have a license and you are entitled to a discount it's not cool if you leave paying 20% more than you should have! Other than that I don't usually have an issue shopping at Nature's source. They need to rectify that issue because they did not know how to enter in a discount code. It just seems very basic to me that's all!“

“One of the best Freshii locations in the GTA. The staff are always friendly and helpful, my order is made correctly, and there are many clean tables with outlets at each one. I usually just order the daily deal. Location on the Danforth is convenient and I’m usually lucky to find parking out front.
