“I writhing this to let everyone know that Oyatsupan Bakers (specifically Beaverton store) is my go to place. A little background, my wife last Christmas went through a very serious set of surgeries that kept her in the hospital for a month. We preordered the Christmas set thinking we were both going to be able to enjoy it. Unfortunately I was the only one to fully enjoy the set (which was amazing btw) when I picked it up I was upset that I couldn't share it with my wife. Fast forward to today we preordered the 4th of July set . When I picked it up they remembered us! The woman who handed it to me said she hopes that my wife can enjoy it this time because she recalled our previous business. It was such a kind gesture I was speechless and could only say thank you. This place is perfect for a quick grab-and-go meal, and the food quality is seriously impressive. Everything is made fresh, packed neatly, and still tastes amazing even after the drive home.

The standout dishes for me were the Chickpea & Paneer Roll and the Bobbatu—both are must-tries! The roll is packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and super satisfying, while the Bobbatu is soft, authentic, and brings a wonderful traditional touch.

What truly sets this place apart is the passion behind it. The owner, Srini, clearly cares about delivering authentic, high-quality vegetarian food, and that reflects in every bite. The prices are also very nominal, which makes it even better.

A special mention — Srini’s suggestion for my kid’s birthday worked wonders! It made the whole experience even more memorable and shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers.

This red velvet is perfect! The Pink Champagne cupcake is probably the best cupcake I've ever had. The champagne goes perfect with the berry preserves. Fantastic drinks (clearly I’m a matcha fan), cozy vibe with comfortable seating, used books for sale, a game shelf, wonderful staff, delicious fresh-baked pastries, ice cream, and Cathedral-roasted coffee beans! I went there to get a couple of (Mexican Pan Dulce) To my surprise, they were quite cheap.The regular ones are ($1.25).The ones with filling are ($1.75).I also ended up getting 2 slices of cake that they had there (mil ojas & 3 leches) Each costing ($4).Would recommend coming here and getting a couple pieces of sweet mexican bread.

“We stopped into the Tous les Hours Bakery to see what it was all about. We loved the set up they provided. You are set up with a fresh pair of clean tongs and go down an isle of glassed shelves filled with sweet baked confections on one side and savory on the other side, and pick out what you would like yourself. I thought this was so clever...it was nice to have the luxury of really looking at each offering to take it all in before making a decision. The atmosphere was pleasant, nothing super special, but comfortable with a good bit of seating available. In regards to our sweet treats... it's a bit of a mixed bag. We had some round little donut like holes sprinkled with cinnamon. I'll bet when they are super freshly made they are delicious, but were not good enough to finish or take home. The dough was a little tough and ordinary, not anything special. Hubby had a Bavarian creme donut, and he said it wasn't any better than you would get from any grocery store. However, the sweet treat I chose for the main attraction was incredible! It was a pistachio cream croissant that was half dipped in chocolate and wow, was it fantastic! I had wished the whole thing was dipped like that, because the chocolate was deep and dark with a hint of salt, and just wonderful in every way. Is this a place I would go back to again, maybe not, because we live far away, and might not be in vicinity again, but if I lived close by I definitely would visit again. I was sorry that we had just had lunch before we went in, because the savory food looked wonderful. And though our visit was a mixed bag, I think that there are some real winners in what they have to offer, it might just take wading through some disappointments in finding them.“

The other donuts are incredible, too, but the powdered with the poof of chocolate icing is my go-to 4 LIFE! “I'm a huge fan of Grand Central and its impact on Hillsboro's downtown. Great food and the staff is great. Leilani, for instance, takes it upon herself to ask and remember my name and it feels so good when I come in and she says hi!

I've noticed, though, that the staffing changes quite a bit at this location and I suspect this is from the corporate office--something seems off whenever staff isn't stable in other words. As a local, this impacts my experience getting to know people who leave bc they feel unsupported by the corporate office. You've got good people--treat them as such and they make all the difference (yes, your scones are good, but your people are why I come back so much).“
