“Best curry (lamb curry and allow mutter) I’ve had in 10 years. I was born in the Punjab region and this place reminds me of authentic, home cooked food. Medium spice was perfect - allowed complexity of flavors to come through. I even bought two extra lamb curries to take home and freeze!“

“While getting out vehicle serviced at the Genesis dealership we decided to make the walk over to this food truck and I am so glad we did! The food was great (I got asada tacos, he had the shrimp ones), service was quick, friendly, and she didn't make me feel like I was being a burden on her like I often feel at most food establishments anymore. Was very easy to find, and so freaking delicious. My only regret was coming back to the dealership to eat it, because I spent more of my time telling people where they could go pick up some of "what smells so good" than I did being able to enjoy my food! ? “Absolutely amazing!! Had the first of what I already know will be many visits this afternoon and the whole experience was just fantastic.

Service could not have been kinder/more welcoming, but not in a phony or annoying way. Food was ready quickly and, in my opinion, very reasonably priced for what you get. We had the regular sandwich, spicy sandwich and fries + some sauces. It might be weird to say since it is fried but everything tasted so fresh and delicious!

I drove about 25 min to get here and will gladly do it again soon. Cannot recommend enough!

“I don't really write reviews but after our fifth or sixth great experience I feel I must!

Gracie's is making the best pizza I've had on the West Coast and maybe the best I've had in the US, full stop. The classics are amazing (margarita is back on the menu and it's incredible, but the tomato pie is an absolute showstopper) and the rotating specials are both creative and perfectly balanced. Great small selection of beer, wine, and cocktails that you can't go wrong with, plus homemade ice cream. Even the salad is fantastic. Sheesh.

We have dined in and taken out and both experiences are great - if you want to dine in, I recommend going on Thursday or getting there early to grab a seat as they get quite busy Fri/Sat evenings. Takeout is great and holds up super well eaten at home - but you miss out on watching the action as all the cooking and prep work is done right in front of the dining area. Prices are more than reasonable: two pizzas is dinner for two adults for <$40.

I also want to give a special shout-out to families as we've brought our kids (18mo twin boys) in several times and been welcomed very warmly and personally by the owner. Eating out with toddlers is a full-contact sport and it's really nice to feel that they're invited to be part of the experience as well, not just tolerated. The sopes were thick and flavorful, with plenty of meat and crispy veggies on top (I had the asada and lengua and both were excellent) Salsa was great, and the agua de guayaba was made with real fruit, which was a delightful surprise. Apparently they make tamales on the weekend as well, and champurrado when it’s cold. Will definitely be eating here again; can’t wait to try more dishes!“

“I walked up to order and saw loads of basil in front of me getting ready to be turned into something delicious. I ordered a small order of arancini balls. I was delighted that I could choose different ones on the same order. They had 4 varieties and all sounded amazing. I ordered the original mozz and the pepperoni and mozz. Then I could choose from 4 different sauces and I chose the original marinara. These were so good along with the sauce that I can’t wait to go back and try all of them but next time I’m ordering the large for sure! Additionally I ordered the Italian chopped salad and added grilled chicken and soppressata dry cured ham. It was an explosion of flavors! The grilled chicken was so good along with the ham. I can’t wait to go back and try more. Next I’m trying either the eggplant parm sub of the vegan pesto pasta, especially after witnessing the mound-o-basil. I won’t be forgetting the large aracini balls either ;)“

“As an islander in the PNW it’s been difficult to find a restaurant that serves decent Hawaiian food, but Kaos Island Grinds was incredibly surprising. Not only was the food amazing but the portions were great! The service was phenomenal and they even played some island music that made me nostalgic of home. “I’m from Riverside, California and this is the only place I’ve tried in my 3 years of living here that compares to my idea of Mexican food. I have ordered a few burritos and just tried the tacos… perfection. As mentioned in previous posts they add some spice, if you like spicy they have sauces to make it spicier and they are all good. If you don’t like any spice, maybe skip it, this is traditional and the spice is needed for that perfect flavor. I personally love a medium spice and LOVE the red sauce. The burritos are huge. I will def be back multiple times a month for the delicious nostalgia this little food truck give me.“
