“Order PJ’s for the first time last night. Great pizza, terrible ordering experience. Called in my order, it’s a call center somewhere out there. Couldn’t pronounce Oregon correctly, I had to tell them we don’t have a tax here on food. He offered drive up delivery, they’d bring it to my car, got the description of my car, etc. I repeated a request 3 times before he read it back to me correctly. Waited outside in the designated spot, after 1/2 hour I went inside and got it myself. Why ask for my color and make of car if they’re not bringing it out to me? I hated the order experience, it needs to be local. But the pizza was very good.“

“They turned my frown upside down. First of I am cheese hound! Not too many items I order with extra cheese, because it never actually happens. But with the enchiritos making a come back I usually never had an issue with ordering it with extra cheese. Thats how I ordered it, I was so sad when I received my enchirito. I normally just eat what is given to me, but my inner gollum came out, I love my yellow gold (my precious). I went to the counter and asked if this was with extra cheese, he said yes. My mouth open and what came out was I've never had this little amount of cheese when asking for extra cheese and told him thank you and sat down. Service was very prompt, I almost had to wait in line, speed of service was an A+. The server 6530 spoke gently to me, and displayed a genuine interest in what I wanted and didn't want on it. The bacon was perfectly prepared, not over or undercooked, and just the ideal crispy. He really had me as a captive audience, as I watched utterly spell bound as it was created.
