“This place was a great find! As others have mentioned, the portions and the price are really generous and I appreciate a local restaurant that isn’t trying to maximize prices and rip people off.
I had the special carne asada quesadilla and it was delicious. I easily had enough leftovers for a whole second meal. The toppings and salsa bar was icing on the cake. Definitely plan on coming back!“

“I waited so eagerly for this place to open as it’s right across from my studio. My first visit I was hooked. It’s literally so good that I wake up and crave it 😂 most authentic flavor packed Birrias I’ve ever had. The owner is just as wonderful, so kind and genuine. I’m so glad such a perfect place joined our downtown food district!“

Tasted good, they put pico de Gallo, when I asked for none.
Other then that, it tasted good and fresh.
Might try some more of their food, but hopefully they honor requests.“

“This place is our new favorite! Amazing prices, huge portions, great flavor! Love the self serve chip and salsa station. Also love the self serve soft drink station. They have a large outdoor seating area that is pet friendly! Their children’s menu is very well priced! The staff is awesome! So friendly, helpful and kind! We love it here!!!“

“Never had Mexican food this Flavorful in all my life. There are Several great Mexican eateries in the Area but I will never eat Mexican food anywhere but here and great Staff. Aurora was so kind and patient as I was a new customer. She suggested the Fajitas and they were beyond excellent with full size prawns. Yumm. And my Spicy Margarita was divine.“

“Great food truck! I tried their sopes, and they were fantastic. The homemade tortillas are a standout - fresh and delicious. The service was friendly, and they're now accepting credit/debit cards. They're also going through some remodeling, with a vibrant orange color that's hard to miss. Highly recommend!“

“I had my first experience at Margarita Factory (Gresham) tonight and it was better than I imagined. The menu has plenty of options. In fact, just the Margarita menu was over-stimulating. The food is tasty, fast service. And such a kind and accommodating staff. I know people will say “it’s her job to do so,” but coming from someone in a wheelchair who doesn’t have use of her hands, I loved that my waiter kept walking by to refill my glass (it was never empty). I recommend this place for a cute little date night out or with a group of loved ones in celebration.“

“So delicious every time! The tamales are to die for and the tacos are so good!! They also make their own sauces including habanero and avocado that complement almost everything on the menu! Also, probably the best guacamole I’ve ever had.“

“Didn't plan on stopping but was starving so decided to check it out. Ordered lingua and Al pastor tacos, Wow! Told my wife, went back, she ordered the burrito bowl w/beef and I ordered two more tacos w/chorizo. Couldn't believe how fast our orders came up; great friendly, delightful experience.
