“The owner Mark Rourke is the BEST! Very friendly and interactive with all the customers. The food and service are the best as well. Also shout out to the bartenders that are very attentive, personable and Johnny on the spot. Oh and I can't forget about the cook who does an amazing job as well. “The food was amazing. I got a salad with a teriyaki burger and fries. My kids ordered off the kids' menu and got quite a bit of food. We ended up taking home the leftover food. The server we had was super attentive to our needs with refills, extra napkins, and even talking to the kids, making sure everything was to our liking. They had so many antiques on the walls from signed pictures of celebrities to memorabilia old signs, and they even have a pool table you can play. They even have multiple tvs set up so you can watch sports while you eat. They even serve alcohol. They also have a fenced-in outdoor eating area.

Parking: They have covered parking spaces and we'll as non covered spaces and there are plenty of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus and the servers are great with the kids making sure to include them in conversations.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp entrance.“

“We don't consider ourselves overly critical , but today's breakfast on a scale of 1 to 10 was a 5. The omelette's were flat,with cold hashbrowns and unedible english muffins. The only reason for the score of 5, is the service was fine.“

“Beer lines either aren't insulated or not insulated properly because you can't get anything on tap here on real hot days. When line are that long it makes me s little nervous about their cleanliness. Also no AC here, so not a great stop on warm days all around.“

Tip your servers well, anyone that can accurately handle your order and be timely so let them know your appreciation. I saw a few rude customers handled with grace, and despite added stress it was greeted with a smile ?“

“Ok… so here’s the deal. I first came into the Whitehorse in 1985. I was playing in bands back in those days. The last time I was here was in 2007. Walking through the door today was a shock. Totally different look. I didn’t recognize the place. And frankly… I was pissed!

It took me about 30 seconds to warm up to it. And it was because of the staff. Ashley and Brittany immediately made it feel like home. The put up with my nostalgia rant. Very friendly and personable. These are the type of kids that should give all of us hope for the future. I also met Edward, the vice chef or whatever.

They had my Jack Daniels, but only one Mexican beer… Corona,

(Important safety tip: fix that. You gotta have more Mexican beer options. If I have to tell my sister… she’s gonna be pussed. And nobody needs that)

I ordered the Rueben sandwich. A favorite of mine and a go-to meal. Harder to do right than many think.

And Day-YUM! That’s how you do it! No need for flowery platitudes about the bread or melt in your mouth presentation bullshit. Just a damn good Reuben with damn good fries!

(Note to management: next time you go looking for a new head chef. He’s already there. My boy Eddie is your next HC. He loves his job, he’s committed to the profession… and he’s GOOD!

Went for breakfast as I had a $7 voucher from the hotel. Was there early, only two other tables seated. Service was quick and attentive.

Willamette omelette was good, but the mushrooms should have been sliced thinner. My request for very well done hash browns was met.“
