“Absolutely exceptional experience at St Josef’s Winery! This is not just a winery, it’s a true Bavarian oasis in Oregon. I loved the cypress-lined entrance and the peaceful pond - even on a cloudy day the property looks stunning and so well-maintained.
What really made my visit special was the incredible hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest, not just a customer. Such a warm, family-like atmosphere you rarely find. You can feel this place is run with heart.
I came as a photographer (Local Guide Level 7) and was inspired by every corner. The weather was not perfect this time, so I will definitely be back on a sunny day to capture the vineyards and the beautiful yellow building in full light. I promise to share magnificent photos!

One of the other two, I found out talking to him, was his in-laws winery that he also makes wine for...this was the first winery I bought into the wine club! He makes some great wines AND he talks to everyone like they're old friends.“
