Varietals shine, but everything had great balance and was super drinkable. We walked away with 6 bottles because we couldn’t settle on a favorite.“

“What a wonderful experience. We booked a tour of the winery and were blown away by how thorough and detailed it was. We got to see every step of the wine making process. The wines we tried were all excellent and we learned about the soil properties and growing conditions that affect the flavor during the tasting. We were even lucky enough to meet the resident cat and Labrador. Highly recommend a visit if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon and a truly Oregonian experience.“

“Went for a private event. The setting for wine tasting was quite rustic inside what looked like a storage space. The wines we tried were quite good, especially the whites and the estate Pinot Noir. Their wine club seems rather fair not requiring any periodic wine purchase. Employees helping us were very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. Would recommend.“

“Wine was very good. I think what set them apart was their Rose, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were all worth purchasing, and we did. Seems rare for a winery to excel across multiple categories.

My only complaint is the tasting fee is expensive given you need to purchase $70 or $75 worth of product to waive just one tasting. For $35 you’re better off ordering 3-4 glasses at table for your party. The tasting pours are tiny…an ounce or less. Truly, just a taste. Go to catch the view and enjoy a glass of wine…they’re all delicious and worth the price. Don’t waste money on the tasting.“

“We had a really lovely time at Ponzi Vineyards. Phillip was knowledgeable and very sweet! We brought babies and they weren’t snooty about that and very welcoming. The cheese board was delicious and not skimpy like some wineries! We did a tasting and also got some glasses of wine. Loved the rose pinot noir! Yum. A bachelorette party was also there and having a fun time and staff were sweet to them. Thanks Ponzi! We’ll be back.“
