“Kramer is like home to me !The new tasting was outside on the patio.Three tables at a time. We had a 90 minute time slot reserved. Everyone wore masks when appropriate. Our Hostess Sarah, and server Keri, were wearing masks and as always endearing. I love the time there. We have visited many times before becoming members the first of the year.Looking forward to dinners, classes, and musical performances in the future!This is a great vinyard with learning opportunities, views, and the top flight staff“
“I enjoyed a lovely wine tasting and charcuterie with my mother and partner on Sidereus' outside, upper deck. The owners and their staff are fantastic. They have a great view of Mt. Hood if you happen to visit when there's no overcast - but either way, that shouldn't deter you from experiencing this top-notch winery. Highly recommend!“

“The experience was a little more laid back than uptight, which was great. All the wines were lovely, including the whites and I'm mostly a red wine drinker. The space is lovely, though some seating was in full sun. You can bring your own picnic, which was fun, and it felt like most guests around lunchtime were doing so. “Cellar Door Wine Tours took us to Tendril Wine Cellars first on our 3-winery tour and warned us we'd like it best. We truly did. Each wine was delicious. I'm an Oregon pinot noir fan and they make great ones, but also loved their white pinot noir and rose. Tasting manager Andrew was delightful and kept us both informed and laughing! The tasting room is very small, but they also have outside picnic tables for warmer months. Make an appointment and enjoy! I signed up for the wine club as I enjoyed every sip.“

“Have always wanted to go wine tasting for the scenic locations and the experience but as someone who doesn’t care for wine (the exception to that is sparkling wines) it never made sense until I discovered that there are sparkling wine specific tastings. After doing some research and seeing how highly rated ROCO’s sparkling wines are i decided to book our sparkling flight tasting with ROCO and they did not disappoint! Wife and I were able to sneak away and have a lovely date sipping on wonderful sparkling wines, delicious charcuterie and enjoying the beautiful grounds that are ROCO. We can’t wait to come back again“

“This was my first time visiting a winery and I had an amazing time! We booked the vineyard tour and tasting experience. Learning about the winery, the grapes, the history of the estate, all of this really elevated the whole experience. Our guide and host was Justine, who did a fantastic job. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and fun to hang out with for the tour. I highly recommend coming here for the tasting and splurge a little for the tour to learn even more! “My husband, friends and I visited Gran Moraine for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. Preston, our tasting room host was incredibly kind and knowledgeable! He clearly and passionately explained the winery’s history and wine production process. Tim was also wonderful and kind. The wines were phenomenal. We will absolutely return again!“
“Off the beaten track winery that is worth the extra 10 minutes to get to. Fantastic single vineyard Pinots served in an elegant tasting room with glass walls (or on the patio ) to see the vineyards. They have longhorn steers on the estate, so bonus points for visiting with them on the drive in.“
“Felix is an amazing mad-scientist type of winemaker. He’s not afraid to try blends of different varietals. They are all good. On top of that, he’s friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to share what he knows with others. Highly recommend.

The old barn is a charming place to hang out- and the views are wonderful. Reservations required- but they guarantee a tasting and that you can meet the vineyard dog, Walker.“

“Incredible experience. Had the place to ourselves on a Thursday afternoon. Ray the manager of Craft guided us through the tasting and even gave us some extra wines to try as well. He was charming and gregarious and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If your in North Willamette you need to go to Craft, a definite must stop in Carlton“

“Wine was very good. I think what set them apart was their Rose, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were all worth purchasing, and we did. Seems rare for a winery to excel across multiple categories.
My only complaint is the tasting fee is expensive given you need to purchase $70 or $75 worth of product to waive just one tasting. For $35 you’re better off ordering 3-4 glasses at table for your party. The tasting pours are tiny…an ounce or less. Truly, just a taste. Go to catch the view and enjoy a glass of wine…they’re all delicious and worth the price. Don’t waste money on the tasting.“

They are typically closed on Mondays but opened their doors to my group anyway. I highly recommend going here, the wine was amazing, the cheese great and the people fantastic. “I was a club member years ago when Dave and Mary opened this vineyard. I went back yesterday under the new ownership, Cooper Mountain, and it is still lovely with great tasting wines. I don’t like tannic reds or oaky Charonneys where as my boyfriend does. We both found wines we both enjoyed and some we each liked more than each other. Arborbrook continues with a very wide range of flavors!! They also are all organic and biodynamic, I highly recommend !“

I loved their Pinot Noirs which I expected but really loved their Pinot gries which was a surprise for me (aged in stainless steel which I learned with whites I like better than oak aged). The winery itself is intriguing—it may appear to be a simple storefront in the city, but it boasts stunning views of the valley and mountains. “We had a reservation for a tasting and tour for 5 people at Laurel Ridge for my mother-in-law's 50th birthday. We were promptly greeted by Lucas, the wine maker for Laurel Ridge, who not only created and served amazing wine but did so with a welcoming and joyous ambiance. The tour was nothing short of amazing, demonstrating the importance of Lucas and his family members' roles. Lucas shared the history of Laurel Ridge, highlighting his father-in-law, mother-in-law and his wife, and how they established in Carlton and Bend. As someone who typically does not choose to drink red wine, I will continue to recommend Laurel Ridge Pinot noir moving forward. If you are looking for a welcoming environment to enjoy wine that is incredible, we highly recommend Laurel Ridge. To add to the experience, Jax the vineyard doggy hangs out on the property and makes the experience that much more exciting.“

“We picked Elk Cove as a winery to stop at on our way to the coast for our honeymoon and are so glad we did. We had a great time here from start to finish. We did a tasting of pinot noirs with Gloria who gave us an awesome experience and a wealth of information about the winery and what we were tasting. We really enjoyed the Pinot Noir Reserve and ended up buying a bottle to take with us. The patio and view overlooking the vineyard just can’t be beat. There is also a fairly large indoor space with ample seating if the weather isn’t cooperating. Note that they appeared to be doing some renovations outside but this in no way affected the experience, view, etc. If you’re looking for a great wine experience in the valley, look no further!“
