“Radman produces silky red wines which pair well with a wide variety of foods - pasta, salmon, pork, chicken and beef. The new gem recently part of the tastings in November was their 2017 Cab. A deep dark red which goes well by the fire or during a holiday beef tenderloin dinner. Another great bonus from this winery the wines make awesome gifts. The glass stopper which they use is an impressive way to be introduced to that first pour.“
“What a gem of a winery! Ghost Cellar Winery is a delightful family-run establishment with breathtaking views, a charming ambiance, and exceptional wines. During our 2-day wine tasting tour to celebrate my birthday with friends, this was undoubtedly one of the highlights. Despite our whimsical requests to change seats three times, the staff treated us with incredible patience and warmth. They even took the time to share the vineyard's history and details about the grapes used. I can't recommend this place enough – 10/10!“
“Really excellent wines, Pinot Noir of course, but also their whites were next level. Fair prices too, not ultra-inflated like some others in the region. Daryl and Andrea were very knowledgeable and friendly hosts as well. Highly recommend this place for an authentic winery doing it the right way. Gorgeous views too, vines as far as the eye can see.“
“Absolutely a must-visit winery. The tastes they've accomplished with the same varietals being sold everywhere are extraordinary. Both the owners are fun, down-to-earth, and such a joy to talk to. The property is beautiful (even after an ice storm!). If you are visiting from out of town and are looking for a high quality winery, or if you are local and haven't tried this place yet, I cannot recommend it enough. We had a total blast and are already planning our return trip.“
“This experience was beyond any expectation we could have had. The entire team was professional, informative, warm and completely outdid themselves in every single aspect. The wines were absolutely stunning, the Chardonnay all of the Pinots were unique from one another and very complex. The bonus pour of the Merlot was just the cherry on top. We were beaming. Tim, Braxton and the entire hospitality, office and winemaking team are wonderful! I can't wait to go back and share this experience with those we love!“
“Imagine strolling in, saying you have a reservation under your name, and then one of the team members going “oh my gosh, you’re Darcy!” And running to grab a bottle of champagne (that our friend had coordinated in advance). It started our visit here on such a fun note, and that level of excitement and charm sustained our entire visit. This is a special place. The home is set up so everyone does their wine tasting very privately. The team members are so thoughtful and enthusiastic in how they present the wine, and the wine itself is amazing. I love the imagination series!! We will always come back here and recommend!“
“Winderlea is a must when wine wasting in the Dundee Hills. Beautiful views of a rolling hills vineyard provide the perfect backdrop for enjoying their wide range of high quality wines. Staff are warm, welcoming, and a wealth of knowledge - treating you as if you're family at the dinner table, while giving great insights to their B Corp friendly winemaking practices. We will be frequenting Winderlea more often after such a great experience and already look forward to their vineyard hikes in the summer!“
“Always enjoy our adventures to Dobbes. We missed a member's weekend.. then our sister came into town, saying she wanted to join their wine clube. Matt took care us for this afternoon...adding great enthusiasm, expertise and insights to the wines we enjoyed. Matt and his co-workers always make the Dobbes experience memorable. Of course, we find Dobbes' wines some of the finest in the Northwest.“
“What a gem of an experience. As most of the reviews have mentioned, David is a delight and full of knowledge. They really make you feel like you are drinking in their living room with the coziness and attention. 100% worth putting on your list“
“This winery makes the best Pinot in Oregon. Absolutely incredibly smooth and all is estate grown. They’re next door to Domaine Serene. My wife and I visited in August and became wine club members. If you’re touring the Dundee Hills this is a “must visit” winery. You can’t get their wine anywhere, except the winery. Family owned and genuinely great people.“
“We actually didn't eat here but the wines...wow, they are incredible! Some of our favorite pinot noirs right now and they're on 2021's so have lots of room for aging. Highly recommend them for this as well as their service and knowledgable staff!“
“We were blown away with service our first time visiting back in 2019 though we didn't revisit until 2023. We decisded to join the membership program after our second visit back and the attention to detail has been second to none. The team always makes you feel as if you are the only guest and they recently hand delivered a case of wine for me! Amanda and Andrew are awesome, oh and the wine is amazing too!“
“If there were more stars I would score The Potter's Vineyard even higher. No pomp and circumstance here. Just nice people to welcome you, give you a tour and answer all your questions. The wine is fabulous. Sometimes the smaller operations can be disappointing but not this place and defiantly not this wine, all varietals were superb. Another lovely touch was all the pottery and art for sale, supporting local artists. My new "Bill cup" is my favorite now. Add this stop to your list for the personal touch!“
“This was an excellent stay at an historical, beautifully renovated Inn. Service and cooked breakfast to order was above and beyond expectations. Our spacious room was an delightful experience to spend the night in. The host was particularly caring posting back an item left behind. Can’t recommend this Inn highly enough!“
“I had a great time visiting Patricia Green for a tasting with my family. The service was excellent. The tour guide was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting. The wine was exceptional. I purchased some of their wine and served it over Thanksgiving. Everyone absolutely loved it. We are looking forward to returning!“
“Our family visited today De Ponte Cellars. 04.07.24 Amazing views and lovely Pinot Noir! We didn't have any appointments, and they were able to accommodate the 7 of us. The highlight of our visit was 2021, 2015, and 2018 (Estate) Dundee Hill Pinot Noir. Pet-friendly and friendly staff. These fantastic bottles are traveling to Puerto Rico and Utah.“
“This would have been unthinkable a generation ago, but the proof is in the liquid?: Oregon, and the Willamette Valley?️ in particular, have become sources of some of the most exciting, exacting, and terroir-specific? wines in the world.Yet Oregon is home to so much more than just epic Pinot Noir; from white wines crafted from Riesling?, Pinot Gris, and beyond, to sparklers of serious accomplishment, Oregon has evolved into an unlikely superstar in the world of wine. This Chardonnay? is a true expression of the Willamette Valley?“
“Visited them today (11/10/34) and discovered some hidden gems. Several of their pinot noirs were well worth the price ($60-$80)(. They offer several wines 5 or more years old in their tasting menu. I settled on a 2014 pinot noir that was not on the menu but was available to taste and was, in my opinion, exquisite.“
“Great tasting experience. Knowledgeable staff and delicious wines. Telstura wine is unique and creative and certainly not main stream. They have an amazing selection of cold wines from around the world that could be paired or contrasted with their wines. this is a definite stop if you’re in the area.“
“Feels like you are at a friend's beautiful house! We went when there was live music, which was a treat. Blooms and brims sell their hand painted hats here too, which I highly recommend. Don't need a hat, they have plenty of umbrellas and shade.“
“Gorgeous setting, terrific charcuterie plate, lovely humans and super tasty wines - recipe for a fantastic day. We really enjoyed meeting Drew, one half of the ownership team and hearing all about grape growing and wine making. We had a lovely and educational visit, which is right up my alley. Thank you to John and Michele (and Cassie) for bringing us to this beautiful place.“
“Love Rebecca at MonksGate! This winery is so gorgeous (talk about having Instagram moments!) The vineyard is LIVE Certified (so chemical free and sustainable.) Their dog, Fizzy, runs around greeting guests and the wines are delicious. Highly recommend hanging out- especially on a sunny day when you can enjoy their multiple outdoor seating areas. (Yes, they have indoor and a covered area with fire pits, too.)“
“We were delighted to have been taken in without any reservations and it was quite busy. Their wines were delicious and the views was spectacular. We wanted to do wine tasting in the actual vineyard rather than a tasting room in town and this was the spot.“
“Amazing vineyard! We ended up doing the atv tour and had Paul as our tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the process and the history of the farm. The farm was beautiful and the wines were amazing. We ended shipping a bunch of wines and olive oils back to us.“
“Good wine, great views, fantastic service. I recently tasted at Blakeslee with a few wine club members. The excitement began during the drive up to the tasting room from the roadway, where incredible views across the valley took my breath away. The clear vistas on the fall day were gorgeous, with much of the Cascade Range in view.Once inside, we were greeted in a warm, bright space that felt comforting and familiar. There was football on, views galore, and plenty of fascinating Oregon history and wine country information - a true space for anyone! Mary was our server (I think), and she was very helpful for the entire journey. It was great to learn so much about the history of the land and the current owners.I enjoyed tasting the variety of wines produced on the property and nearby, and I definitely preferred the rosé blend and the Chardonnays. If you are a fan of Pinots, you will like them, too, but the aromas and flavors are slightly tamer than my preference for bright fruit and spice notes. We also ordered a charcuterie board, and the crew was very accommodating to all of our needs. We spent some time walking the grounds, too, and I can absolutely see myself returning to drink some rosé by the pool in summer.“
“Had a delightful experience with our tasting reservation and enjoyed the tour provided by Sebastian, one of the resident felines. We appreciated how Sokol Blosser's tasting room is set up so that most tables have a view to the well landscaped area around the building and don't leave you feeling like you're sitting on top of other patrons. While walking around outside and checking out the landscaping, I could see the plants chosen would provide a nice display as often as nature allows during the different seasons.“
“Very accommodating on our recent trip here. They had some classic style wines and also some that were quite interesting and different than I was used to. They have something for everyone from standard white, and reds, to white and reds with bubbles. They also gave us ideas for other vineyards to check out when discussing our tastes or what we liked at their location. They gave explanations on their wine making process for their wines that was also easy to understand and they did a good job keeping things interesting while we visited.“
“This small boutique winery should be on your list when visiting Dundee Hills AVA.They serve only Pinot Noir. (Be prepared for the cost). With that being said, it is worth the price. They serve an espresso after your fabulous tasting, which is a bonus.“
“If you are a discerning traveler (or local) who enjoys a very approachable, friendly and elevated tasting experience, this is your place.Boyd and Jeff are gifted winemakers, utilizing both the estate grown pinot noir grapes as well as beautiful varietals from the Columbia Valley region. No one-trick-ponies here. These wines all speak with clear individual voices and convey the care and attention to detail put into them. You will find great wines for a variety of palates. I like the big reds myself, but the whites and rose' are superb as well.Cassandra is a consummate hostess and ensures that there are lovely nibbles to put a little fat on your tongue, allowing the wines to show their stuff when paired with food.Overall, whether inside the tasting room or out on the porch and patio, you will find Natalie's hillside location to be a happy and welcoming highlight to a Willamette Valley tasting tour.“
“I was introduced to Oregon Rieslings at home in Michigan at a nice restaurant.. Elk Cove in Oregon. In Oregon for a couple weeks.. stopped here between AirBnBs.. and all the white wines were tasty. However, the best was their Pinot Rose! We plan to buy some later and have it shipped home to Michigan!“
“Small, friendly, delicious, wonderful little patio that overlooks a vineyard with fireside warmth - the hosts were welcoming and it was a very personal and friendly experience- we prefer the family friendly atmosphere over the big corporate drive-up buses experience. We did white - had the Pinot Gris and Chardonnay- dry, not oaky , vibrant. We really enjoyed our visit. And we will come back.“
“I recently visited Zerba Winery for a girls weekend, and it's definitely one of my favorites. I'm a member here for a reason - they have the best red wines! I recently picked up my wine shipment and had a great time as always. Highly recommend this winery - you won't regret it!StefanieBaileymay's Boutique“
“We recently visited Black Dog Winery and were blown away by the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces they created. The views are perfect, and there's plenty of seating to relax and enjoy a glass of wine both indoor and by the outdoor fire pits. It's super family and dog friendly -- we had a big group of 10 people with kids and babies and they welcomed us all in - it was perfect!Steve, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Black Dog Winery for anyone looking for a fun and relaxed day out with family or friends. The combination of great wine, beautiful surroundings, and friendly staff make for an unbeatable experience.“
“These folks were really great to us! We were recommended this place by someone in industry and could not have been any more pleased! Lots of pinot noirs as well as some chardonnays to try. We especially appreciated the intimate experience of the patio/tasting area. Reservations are necessary for a place like this. I would definitely come back to have a glass of wine on a cozy afternoon. The knowledge of the staff was super impressive and extremely accommodating. Rob walked us through all the wines with nice stories in between.“
“A true gem with some of the best wine you will find in the area.Scott and Denise have incredible hospitality and their farm and vineyard is an experience you will cherish and not forget. While we were there, Scott helped a baby goose hatch. True farming, true science, and incredible wine.“
“What a great experience with Jodi! Drove by numerous times thru Dundee. We finally stopped & enjoyed an amazing tasting. With over 30 choices of wines, we found some amazing wines. Plus, another tasting room in Carlton. Big Bold Reds, exactly what you need after too many Pinot's.!! Stop by instead of sitting in traffic???“
“I was a fan of Knudsen Vineyards' grapes long before we dropped in at their tasting room and subsequently became club members. They have traditionally provided grapes to Argyle Winery for use in their top-rated sparkling wines, and many a KnudsenVinyard Brut from Argyle has added brillince to New Years Eve and other festive occasions. Then we stopped in at the hilltop tasting room and learned about their OWN wines. They make some luscious Pinot Noirs from the surrounding hillsides, including some from vines planted in the '70s and always with a note about the clonal varieties used in each bottling, such as the clones used, the types and length of barrel aging, and the history of the vineyards from which the grapes were sourced. As a fun observation: if you've seen the Oregon Wine Country license plates with a rolling hill covered in vines, that's taken from a painting of one of the Knudsen plantings. They were one of the first vineyards to the Willamette Valley and their history is notable. We never fail to attend their Club Member Appreciation days, and have just returned from one last Saturday. Complimentary tastings and a light cheese board with snacks to highlight the food pairing potential of their wine are a lovely touch. They also do celebrations throughout the year, sometimes with live music and a variety of appetizers. It's a good club to belong to, and we love taking home a selection of the wines we've tasted there.Short version: A great tasting room, luscious wines with long Oregon history, and a great set of perks for club members.“
“The wines are incredible and a great value. I love that they have true champagne (at times) and it's priced to be enjoyable. We have had a couple negative experiences, but I won't allow that to overshadow the wines and I do keep coming back.“
“One of my top 3 wine tasting experiences. The tasting room is a cozy setting - reservations required ahead of time.We had the pleasure of meeting Andrew Beckham, owner & ceramic artist. He shared the family journey of how the estate came to be a ceramic studio & wine vineyard, and what inspired them to dedicate their skills towards organic and eco-consciously produced wine. Our visit ended with a tour of the large terracota vessels in the production area - highly recommended! The red wines are smooth and soft compared to other traditional red wines (probably due to the aging process). The whites are on the fruitier side, good for the warmer season.“

“Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the wine. The view was beautiful, even on an overcast day. The tasting room had a very cozy atmosphere, and the wine was great. We ended up leaving with a bottle of champagne for the new year!“
