“With much anticipation and excitement we participated in a tasting. Just can't give it a 5 star. No question the wines were very nice but I personally feel they are not worth the hype and the expense. A plethora of exceptional pinots are coming out of the valley. The ambience was interesting but not great! Our server was no doubt knowledgeable but had a bit of an attitude and was a somewhat cold as was the temperature of the tasting room. During the tasting we were left alone a lot to ponder the fruit flies which provided some protein in our wine. The accompanying food was interesting but not great either. I think the wine comparisons was a gimmick to showcase their wine. Later we enjoyed a tasting at another winery and found the total experience as or even more enjoyable at a fraction of the cost. In any event, it was certainly something that had to be experienced in view of all the hype. Let's face it, it's not all about the wine!! Viva "ambiente"“

“Had a delightful tasting experience. The wines are the best I have tasted since my wife and I began our Willamette tasting exploration in August. The Gamay and Pino Noir were both amazing. The best part was our host, Karinne. One of the most knowledgeable wine people i have ever run into. Her knowledge of the local wines and industry, as well as her friendly demeanor, made our day.“

“Had a great time at this unique winery that focuses on Portugues varietals. Luke was fun and knowledgeable. Also got to speak with the winemaker Chris, who really knows his stuff and does some fun options/variations of wine with the same grape. One of the few places I know in the Amity/McMinnville or even the Willamette Valley in general, that have a variety of port style wines, including some 10 year and older. They also do a white port style that isn't over done, and something you don't usually find. Would look for when they have special events, as their space and some events they talked about, sound entertaining and where you can really learn about wine making.“
