“This has been a favorite for over 14 years! This small winery has won so many awards since we first started visiting. The delicious wines are mostly grown in the vineyard on property with water wise growing, no pesticides and the owners doing most of the work, wine making included! The tasting room has evolved from a garage to comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas. The art of all kinds in the tasting room is always a delight to enjoy and purchase! Sandy and Bill make this a friendly and enjoyable experience we always look forward to.“

“After being at an unbelievable hidden gem, pulling up to this one made us question whether we should stay. We arrived at a vast property and feared that we were at a big commercial winery, the last thing we wanted to cap off our trip! I almost chose to only have a glass of wine rather than a flight because I had a feeling that it was nothing special. Usually my gut is right, but as I spoke to Jessica, without any pressure at all, I felt like I needed to do a tasting and I'm sooo glad that I did! Wow wow wow! Never judge a book by its cover! While a very impressive winery, they surprisingly don't do any distribution meaning you can only buy the wine there or through their website. This is a phenomenal spot. A must! And oh my goodness the view is like no other! If you're heading back towards Portland, this is the perfect last spot to schedule on your way out. You'll be sure to end your trip on a high note! Oh, and they also have spectacular food!!! This was a spot where I surprisingly loved one of these stainless steel chardonnays!“

“I have gone a couple times now. My friend and I attended Bingo night and it was so fun! It is a beautiful space and recently enjoyed the covered patio with 2 other moms with our young babies in their strollers and felt very comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoyed the Stoller 2022 Pinot Noir and my friend had the Chehalem Valley Chardonnay. They have a refreshing cocktail menu and I liked the Lavender Lemon Drop. The pork belly BLT was delicious!!! My favorite sandwich right now. They have a veggie sandwich as well that is loaded. Everyone in the group loved the cookies. I highly recommend this spot and looking forward to checking out some of their other event nights.“

“Carl is the best owner/wine maker. I came here after a round of golf at OGA just looking for a winery near me. I had three choices and this was one. One of the other two, I found out talking to him, was his in-laws winery that he also makes wine for...this was the first winery I bought into the wine club! He makes some great wines AND he talks to everyone like they're old friends.“

“Our son brought us to Lady Hill for the Sheepdog Classic which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had some delicious red wine and we had some scrumptious pulled pork sandwiches. To top it off we also enjoyed some Rose slushies that were so refreshing and delicious. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable with wonderful friendly staff and management. Thank you Lady Hill for a wonderful day. We really want to attend another Sheepdog competition. We were so impressed by the smart and quick dogs!“

“This pinot winery is outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! The wine outstanding! As is the case with all Oregon wineries their bottle costs are on the high side, but what Drew me to them was their focus on the old school practice of making wine that is age worthy, wine that gets better over time - 10+ years in most cases here. Jim is the eccentric wine maker while Linda, his sister, helps keep him grounded. Lovely site, lovely people, lovely 🍷!“

I really appreciated his comments on what food each wine would pair with. If you appreciate the wine in the bottle more than the price tag on the outside, you will find some lovely selections here.
