Real talk on affects: I don't know what's in the teas to be causing this, and I'm never one to be affected by caffeine, but when I have a tea past 5pm, I'm awake still at 1am. i need to start going in the morning as the energy I get is clear and not shakey and lasts for hours.“

“A local favorite. Lots of options. I tried the matcha blended which is slushy like It was tasty and refreshing!! I also had an iced tea with oatmilk to go. Hint: order light ice so you aren't finished in a few sips. I asked for it to be lightly sweetened abd it was perfect. The atmosphere is pretty basic. Clean with both indoor and outdoor seating.“

“The prices, selection, and service made this the best choice for boba. It's in the Pioneer Mall food court so the atmosphere is...a mall food court. The single guy running the whole thing did great. It took a little while to get our drinks but they were delicious and cheaper than the other place just down the hallway.“

“I am a novice regarding Boba. I know I know. Anyways. They were very patient in walking me through the options and what each option is. I don’t like the flavor of tea so they have non caffeinated fresh fruit options. The mango boba with milk and white pearls was delicious. Can’t wait to be back. Yummy.

Update: Tried the drunken noodles and they were lovely. I am so glad they stir fry tofu separately and not with meat. Yes still keeping my 5 star revie.“

“Very kind staff! Have a wide variety of coffees and teas, which sometimes can be a bad thing, but in this shop everything is a good choice. I got an 8oz latte (which is an uncommon size, but my favorite) and was delighted as my coffee was great. 10/10!“

“I had such a phenomenal experience purchasing boba from Bobacat! The staff are very kind and there are plenty of drink options depending on your taste.

The drinks I purchased were the Bobacat milk tea (which I particularly recommend for the sweet cream cheese on top) and lychee green tea with crystal boba, and I'm here to say that the taste and quality is among the best in Downtown Portland.

And if you need to charge any devices you have, there are plenty of outlets for chargers.

The prices listed for some drinks are higher in their system and they just smile when confronted with the extra hidden charge 🫠) I come here 3-4 times a week and it’s solid. “This may be my new favorite place to get breakfast in Portland. Highlights for me are the pandan waffles, the ube French toast. I loved the iced latte flight. They don't have it available all the time so if you see it available, you better get it. The portion size is perfect. I love getting their pandan latte (hot) with coconut milk.“

I always take a bit longer to order my drink and she answered my questions (they do reward point system through clover app). Our drinks we're done pretty fast once ordered. I like how they go over each drink before the handoff just to ensure you got the right drinks. “This is a 9-people group dinner for us! We ordered around 9 dishes!! They offer both authentic Sichuan spicy food and American Chinese food like sweet and sour fish! The most amazing fish is the salty egg yolk with the shrimp!! Definitely try that!!

Maybe you don’t want to order the sweet and sour fish if you want to try the AUTHENTIC Chinese food???!!! I would really skip all sweet and sour options in the dish for Chinese restaurants in the USA, not because that those dishes do not exist in China, but that dishes are generally adapted to the local flavors so it does not taste right for me ?!!

Overall the service is really nice, and the food delivery speed is really fast! We end up splitting the check to 9 cards and they accept it!

“I was craving some sushi and bomba and thankfully this is right across the street from my place. The sushi was extremely fresh and delicious. The mango boba I got was so good! It is sometimes hard to find good, fresh boba. The real star of the show was the spam masubi. The spam was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff was very friendly, we will definitely be back!“

“Came in this Saturday 11/23/2024 and tried their coconut coffee smoothie and Dragon Fruits sugar can, and it was amazing!! Fresh and tasty is all I can call out. The coconut coffee with ice cream suits me, it has a faint scent of coffee which can let me experience the taste of Vietnamese coffee but is also not too strong for me. The young girl welcomed us very enthusiastically, and friendly, and took great care of us. 10/10“

The server/maker was the nicest person in Portland that we encountered, the honey boba pearls were perfect chewy/melty consistency and our teas were so tasty without being overly sweet. I ordered a blended matcha lavender and my daught ordered a honeydew. Well done, 5 stars, highly recommend.
