I am giving 4 stars b/c 1) they cashier was obviously brand new and I know they have very little actual control of basically anything; and 2) they manager was super apologetic about being out of the tea I requested and let me go with a frappe since I had to change up my order. Also the pumpkin loaf was super good!“
