“Oh my god... the poutine!!! My first time.. and yes, a die and go to heaven moment. Fries smothered in gravy with cheese curds! We just ate at Falling Sky Brewing I had the most luscious cubano! With crispy and juicy shredded pork, ham, cheese and pickles squished to deliciousness. And the perfect amout of mustard... the mustard is what makes it for me! With a side kale ceasar, a perfect pairing. Hubby had the Ruben, with house made pastrami and saurkrawt. Not too sour, on a marbled rye. He loved it. Son had a grilled chicken club with parmesagn garlic fries. Another win! We all drank their homemade ginger ale and root beer.”

This makes me a little picky about strange things like, employee retention, a love and involvement from owners, a mutual respect among employees, excellence in service, attention to details. We ventured across town for date night and found out that another restaurant didn’t have what they advertised so I looked on the map and remembered that Domo was near. We were seated immediately and service was excellent all through the meal. The sushi is prepared fresh as you order it and it is always worth the wait! The Vegas roll and the Unagi are my favorites and they are so delicious. The place has so many different options for any different taste.”

I made 10:00 reservations. We got there a little early so the waiter asked us to sit down and they’d be with us shortly. After about a 12 minute wait the same waiter came up to us and asked if we had been helped. I said yes we were waiting for you to seat us. He had forgotten us. We ordered coffee from a waitress. Twenty minutes later and no coffee we grabbed another waitress and asked her to get us coffee. Instead of being offered refills on coffee we had to ask for it. Needless to say we were very disappointed in the service. On the other hand the food was very good. Unfortunately good food alone does not make the best experience. Don’t know if we’ll be back. All but the service was great. 😓”

“Large winery estate located in the outskirts of Eugene. Property is stunningly beautiful, around 1000 acres. Very hospitable staff, and we loved all the wines we tried. Given the property, one may expect an air of pretention, but all the employees were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our server was nice enough to provide us with a reinforced case box for the other wine we'd purchased so that we'd be able to bring the wine home on our flight. Nice variety of whites and reds, and they also source grapes from Washington and Southern OR. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area; you won't be disappointed.”

To my shock it was offered at "2 for the price of 1," but the price had been doubled to $24.99, so that it wasn't 2 for the price of 1 at all. Do they think that consumers are morons? This kind of thing really makes me inclined to shop elsewhere.”

“I was pretty upset because I had ordered a pizza and they told me I could pick it up in an hour. I showed up and there were many people waiting on orders. I was told some had been waiting for 2 hours. I was hungry and trying to have dinner with my 2 year old after a long 4 hour drive coming home from vacation. So I asked for a refund. They told me they would have that refund on my card in a few days. A week later it still wasn’t there. So I went back to the store and asked them about it. The new manager granted my full refund and gave me half the order price for my next order. I ended up happy after being frustrated.”

We finally found the gem in the corner of 18th and Chambers. It is called the Angkor Cafe. The food is absolutely amazing. People you got to put this place on your next stop.
