“The restaurant was busy, the staff were helpful and accommodating. We put our names in (there are a handful of "table" seats, the rest are wall/counter seats - they've made the most of available floor space) and approx 40 minutes later we were seated (we were told it would be 30-40 minutes so right on time). You'll get a text when seating is ready so if you want to take a stroll around the area you can. Ordering was digital and food came out at a reasonable pace. We tried a bit of everything and didn't get one thing we didn't enjoy. We'll definitely be back! Only gave the atmosphere a 4 just because of the tighter quarters and noise level (to be expected with the space/layout/number of people). Just noting that for those that may be sensitive to those things.“

“1st time at this establishment. I watched the owner/operator freshly press out by hand the pizza dough, adding toppings requested. I asked for a full pizza and owner was incredibly chill and kind in processing my late night dinner. Reasonable cost for size of pizza came to $30, the pizza was huge and without asking he delivered it to me to my car. The taste was absolutely incredible, even my spouse couldn't get over how good it was. Was going to post a photo, but we ate it 1st. It was that good. “It was our first time here. Definitely not crowded for a late Monday dinner, but that was to be expected. Overall peaceful environment. Pizza selection is nice. The menu isn’t extensive or overloaded with unnecessary “specialties”. Just the right amount of curiosity is given to try something new, meanwhile the comfortability to stick with the memories of pizza pastimes. The U of O track memorabilia transports you back to a time where the crowd at Hayward Field was jubilantly egging on the unstoppable “Pre”. We chose the whole wheat crust for the “Olympian” pie. The sturdy crunch behind each bite held well with just the perfect pull of freshly grated cheese. Definitely the best pizza I’ve had in quite sometime. “Pretty standard mod pizza experience. Great toppings! ove that I'm able to make my own selections of what I want on there and it's not limited. That's one of the best things about mod is really you can have the topics you want out of their selections that are available and as much of them as you want. I'm not sure if all the employees are trained this way or if they just kind of get jaded, but I like to get a few toppings but lots of them and it seems like if you ask for extra of a certain topping (and the reason you need to do that is because the portion they give you is relatively small of any given topping) It isn't disdain or disgust but they're kind of slow in their response to adding extra to where you kind of feel guilty if you're adding extra other particular topping. Other than that, the only negative part of this experience was that when I went to pay apparently it didn't scan my card. I had already presented my mod app to get points and then went to scan my card. I walked away and a few minutes later the worker called me back over and said hey it didn't charge your card. I neglected to present my app again and he didn't suggest that I should do so. And result was I paid for my food but didn't get my points. That was kind of frustrating. And with that I'm downgrading my service rating from a four star to a 3 star cuz as I reflect back he should have reminded me to use the app again.“

“Very nice waiter. My friend and I split the cauliflower salad and the standard salad. They were fresh and fragrant. The cauliflower salad dressing was a bit sweet for my taste. The lasagna was brothy with the flavors of fennel and basil - methinks. The meat in it was really tender and flavorful. We weren’t in the mood for pizza - maybe next time!“

“Great, However, it used to be you could choose the amount of your tip from no tip, to several other higher percentages, this time I had no choice,!! I was charged over 2$'s (I think $2.20 -$2.50 I think its absurd to tip someone before they even start making it..!! I always tip but having no choice seems ridiculous..!! There was a time when our store (River Rd) was giving poor service, never ready on time and sometimes poorly made, but because I didn't know in advance that it was going to be like that I had given a tip, but the next time I ordered I didn't leave a tip, that's not fair to the folks who didn't mess up the last order but it certainly wasn't fair to me..!! “I order from echo hollow a lot. But I order online and in the notes put down NO ONIONS NO GREEN PEPPERS light sauce. I give up. I got onions and green peppers and to much sauce. Pizza was soggy. 😢 as much as the pizza is you think they’d get it right. “been going there for years, but the last 2 times, even adding in extra sauce and cheese they were terrible. we had a hard time even getting the kids to take the leftovers. The taco pizza was terrible 😩 it's sad they are loosing our business after all these years, but we love pizza but refuse to be disappointed again.“
