“Oh my gosh, YES! We found our new favorite neighborhood Thai spot!

Quality, quality, quality!!

Lots of fresh food with fresh vegetables, protein and great portions. Not only noodles like some places, very healthy balance! Very well cooked!

I finally found a place which does perfect salt and pepper calamari. Thick pieces of great texture, not chewy rubber bands!

I LOVE the spice options which give me a Mild+ because I don’t want mild or medium, I need an in between. It’s perfect for me. They also have extra Thai hot options for the rest of the family.

We will be back again and again, I could eat this all the time and not feel terrible, the food is comforting and gives healthy energy!“

“I had an amazing Thai chicken and vegetable dish at The Fork – Fairview Food Plaza, and it did not disappoint! The owners were incredibly friendly and took the time to listen to my preferences. The dish featured large-cut, fresh vegetables and perfectly sliced chicken, all coated in a rich, flavorful sauce. It had a bit of a spicy kick (they forgot to ask about my spice level), but it was still absolutely delicious. Served with fluffy steamed white rice at no extra charge, the portion was generous, and at just $15, it was a fantastic deal. Highly recommend!“

“Best Thai food in town! The curries are especially good. If you want spicy they can hook you up, but if you order it mild, it’s still very flavorful. Lemongrass chicken is also a particular favorite, but I have yet to try something I didn’t like here. Service is always wonderful as well.“

“What Thai restaurant doesn't have ginger? I also asked for an additional tea bag for my pot of tea and she refused unless I wanted to pay extra. FOR A TEA BAG! So I had weak tea and no ginger in my meal. They have fresh ginger next door at Fred Meyer ... I should have went and bought some while waiting for my order. Food was pretty but just okay. Then was charged $4 for the 2 little tiny cups of hot tea I drank.“

They make everything as it is ordered and do not sacrifice taste and authenticity to take shortcuts in order to make it quickly.I feel like I should specify that they do not make spicy versions (as of my last visit) of Pad Thai, so if you're looking for the authentic spicy version of this you will find yourself disappointed.“

Pad See Ew (4/5): Fresh vegetables, good firmness and tenderness for the noodles. The sauce was well balanced, not too heavy or too light. Portion size was decent for the price. I'd order this again.

Service (3/5): Normal for a food cart. No frills, just order and wait. It came out fast and the person taking orders was polite enough.

Indoor seating with booths, tables, an arcade, and a play area. It's casual and family friendly, good for bringing kids since they have something to do while waiting for the food. Not a fancy date spot but perfectly fine for a quick meal.“

“Damn good food, best Thai in the city. Everything is tasty and so fresh. Spiced really well too, like you can actually tell the difference between their curries. Every sauce they have is homemade, and you can absolutely tell.

“The sushi here is fresh and delicious! Had veggie and spicy tuna rolls and the veggies were fresh and crisp, and the tuna was generous.
The server was super busy and you could tell she was stressed, but still made time for a genuine smile and answered my questions, and even brought my to-go order outside to me where I was waiting with my dog when it was ready.

“We have tried multiple things at the Thai Sunflowers food cart at Oak Tree Station and all have exceeded our expectations- pad thai, cashet nut stir fry, salad rolls, crab puffs, etc. They have the best, most flavorful crab puffs we have ever tasted. They don't just tast like cream cheese. Definitely recommend!“
