“I always wanted to live next to a bakery, but that may have been a mistake. It takes all my willpower to not go there every day and fill up on their delicious treats. The desserts are so sweetly good and I'm going back to get some bread. They mostly speak Spanish, but there's a young man there that translates for English only speakers. They are very kind and friendly. The atmosphere is nothing special, but it is very clean and that's what's most important to me when ordering food. I had to change the stars from my first review. I went down and bought a sugary croissant and it was as hard as a rock. I also bought what looked like a mini bundt cake and the bottom was stale and hard. I think they over bake the quantity and it doesn't get sold quickly enough. The bread roll was soft and tasty.

Parking: There is plenty of parking as you can park on the street for free and there's a parking lot right next to it that's also free. I only live a block away so I get to walk there.“

“Erin in the deli made a ordinary shopping experience extraordinary. While making our sandwiches she was funny, kind, personal, and authentic. She treats customers how she would want to be treated. I used to work at a grocery store and she’s a shinning star in my book. Make sure you treat her right Safeway! She deserves recognition.“

“Favi’s was the first place we looked at when we started looking for someone to do our wedding cake, and once we walked in and she greeted us, we knew it was the place! She’s the sweetest soul! And her cakes/cupcakes were PHENOMENAL! They did not disappoint at all! 10/10 would recommend! She did a beautiful job on our cake and cupcakes!“

“I bought a Marionberry pie last night at the Tuesday Hillsboro Market. Served it to 8 people this afternoon and they RAVED at how good it was! The crumb topping filled with the best and the most generous amount of filling in any pie I have had, has made me a fan!“

“What a great find! The store is very very clean and well stocked. They got a wonderful bakery that has just the right amount of options. They have a very small meet/butcher section, and almost no diet sodas, out of all of the drinks.

The produce section is well stocked, and they have lots and lots of snacks and treats and Mexican goodies.“

I get something special from you guys for every event in our lives. Recently my mother had some health concerns and underwent radiation. Loss of appetite, pain, over all crappy. One day I brought her a short bread toffee pastry. She LOVED IT! Since then she craves them. It was the only thing she was able to eat or wanted to eat. I went in one day to buy her a few and they were sold out . They kindly told me that I could come back tomorrow and they would save me some. I arrived the next day to a FRESH Box of special created toffee shortbread. Sold to me at a discount and wrote on the box. The kindness and compassion you showed my family and I was unreal. “Whent to Panadería el jarochito, It's a little nuke in the wall bakery. I went there to get a couple of (Mexican Pan Dulce) To my surprise, they were quite cheap.The regular ones are ($1.25).The ones with filling are ($1.75).I also ended up getting 2 slices of cake that they had there (mil ojas & 3 leches) Each costing ($4).Would recommend coming here and getting a couple pieces of sweet mexican bread.

“They have a veggie sandwich that is always excellent. The vegetables and bread are fresh and delicious. I do wish they had some vegan-friendly baked goods. Even when I am meeting someone for coffee who is not a vegan, if I want a muffin or something, I might be more likely to go somewhere that at least has some baked goods I can eat.“
