We had been boating and fishing in Astoria, Oregon, and we decided to buy strawberry milkshakes at Dairy Queen as we headed to Canon Beach, Oregon. The live acoustic Guitar performance by Wes who had played there for years was relaxing and perfect for the relaxing evening my friend Lisa and I needed the other night. But Jack the owner and creator of this wonderful Bistro ended our evening sharing with us both his life story and path that got him to where he is today, including sharing samples of amazing herbal after dinner liqueurs I have never heard of. We had the best time ever. Cannon beach is one of our favorite getaway destinations and the Bistro a restaurant that is in its own class of excellence that I hope everyone who goes to Cannon beach to getaway has the opportunity to experience. We feel blessed to have had the incredible evening we had.“

“Great coffee shop! Modern, clean, friendly, and great options! Good coffee, great food! I’m a sweet coffee person so I asked for extra sweet and it’s perfect! Their bacon biscuit was my husband’s favorite biscuit in town. They also had a great apricot scone. Very friendly too!“

“This place is the best lunch or casual dinner place I've been to. The food was absolutely amazing. Made in house pizza, burgers, wraps, and more. The salad bar has the best options for any salad lover or not. Prices are great, about a 1/3rd less than anywhere else for the same meal. They have pizza hat and ready on the pizza bar. The staff were some of the best also, great attitudes and helpful. Wish it was closer to home, it would be a regular spot for me!!“

We shared the duck board and the cubano and were impressed by the quality. The small sign as you enter warns there it’s a small operation and there may be a wait for food but we saw all served rather promptly. Well worth checking out.“

He recommended nice dishes, let us split a large pie so we could try different styles, and accommodated a few requests with grace.

Pizza was solid. Different style than I’m used to but good all around. A bit undercooked to my taste but everyone is different.

The bread sticks were the best we’ve had anywhere. And trust me, my wife loves bread and bakes all the time. Artichoke dip was good but be warned it’s heavy on garlic. But we like garlic.

I honestly thought Louise was an owner by the way he hustled taking care of all the tables solo. So friendly and helpful as he busted his butt on a full dining room alone.

Turns out he’s been working there about 6 weeks. To the owner: don’t lose this young man, he is a rare find these days. He will be an owner someday.“

“When we go to my doctor in Seasie Oregon, we love to go to the Dutch Bros coffee shop. The staff are very friendly and have so much energy. It lifts our spirits. BUT the last time we went there (3-23-26) we were greeted the same fun living way. The staff was great, the issue we had was, there was a very strong smell, not a nice smell!! It was gross, it smelled like an outhouse. It made me want to cancel order, and leave ASAP. We ended up staying to get our drinks, but will not go back until the issue is addressed. I can't imagine working there, having to smell that would make me sick. I hope it will be addressed ASAP. Thank you! Or FYI the Astoria Store has the same upbeat staff. We go there at times as well. I LOVE the hot chocolate, with the whip cream. Since I've never had a cup of coffee in my 65 years, the hot chocolate is my drink!!! All Dutch Bros are great!!! We just like our local shops the best!!“

“This place is usually pretty good. It’s just inconsistent. We went yesterday and the guy working there said they don’t do the jumbo size anymore and they don’t have Bavarian cream. I’ll still probably go back next time though so I’ll see what’s changed.“

“My wife and I were visiting for a few days and when asking for great seafood restaurants in town we were directed by numerous locals to Dooger’s… and we were not disappointed! My wife ordered the Dungeness Crab Louis salad which was loaded with fresh local crab at a very reasonable price! Great salad and nicely presented. I ordered the fresh pan fried Oysters Cajun style and they literally melted in my mouth! Probably the best oysters I’ve ever had…wow! Our server Jacob was super cool and made us feel comfortable and welcome. A real pro with perfect service! We will be back when we are in Seaside again! “This cute little spot is tucked back into the corner of the outlet mall. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had Teriyaki, a couple of rolls and the Tomago sashimi. My son said it was the best Tomago he's ever had, and he's obsessed with it so he would know.

The Teriyaki chicken was hot, fresh and tender, the veg was fresh steamed and still had crunch to it and the rice was plentiful!

We got the spicy tuna roll and the avocado roll. The Avocado was super fresh and convinced my picky eater child that he now loves avocado. The spicy tuna was just right, there was a delicious undertone of spice but the tuna flavor still came thru.“

Burger and Cod were both a bit greasy, and fish was slightly over cooked, but flavor of both was good. Plenty of seating, went during a non busy time at Noon. Place started getting busier around 12:30. They also have a soda fountain, with plenty of flavors.“
