“This is an excellent cadillac-style food truck. I have watched it grow from a food truck to a large trailer, with large, covered eating areas with picnic tables, Mexican Coke (real sugar) and orher drinks, lots of choices of free hot sauces and, of course, they have EXCELLENT authentic Mexican food! Very nice people! I highly recommend this place! By the way, I am just a Gringo lady 😅 that lives in the area of this business, I am a real customer!❤️“

“My family and I went to this place tonight. Was a total great experience, the food was delicious, we had 3 toddlers and a 6week old baby, and 6 adults, everyone was very friendly and constantly checking on us, my main reason for making a review is because of the young bus boy Diego, he goes above and beyond for every customer I saw come in addition to us. Will definitely come back if he's there helping out, don't see alot of strong work ethic with kids these days!!!!“

“Love going here. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful, professional. Senor Sam's makes your order on the spot and you get exactly what you want. Prices..well...FANTASTIC!For the amount of food you get very reasonable and well worth it. The lobby, soda area, along with the salsa bar has always been spotless. “Moved from Arizona and mostly only eat Mexican food have tried several places in southern oregon .. this truck literally hands down gives me all sorts of feelings..... the greatest birra tacos I've ever had ever !!! And their breakfast burritos are literally to die for ....The customer service is beyond amazing. I recommend 100 out of 10 this truck slaps on everyone I've ever had trying to make similar food ... literally nowhere else competes“

“Our family loved the place. At first I thought it was a little on the pricey side but once you see the amount of food you get is definitely worth it. The food and service was excellent hands down, they messed up my order but gladly fixed it. They kept our drinks filled and the chips and salsa flowing. I would definitely go back there and eat if we weren't just visiting family in Medford. If you want good Mexican food and to be full when you leave I recommend you eat here.“

“We were coming from California to Coos Bay and stopped by Medford to get gas at the Chevron next to it I barely noticed the food truck, but we ordered food without expecting anything good, just to cover breakfast. To my surprise, I ordered a pastor's sincronizada because I found it strange that they don't make it with a flour tortilla, but with fresh handmade corn tortillas. It was delicious. Definitely a place to stop by for lunch. I'll be back as soon as I can.“

“Super authentic and affordable mexican food! They have everything from breakfast to classics to dessert!
The mulitas were fantastic with an amazing smokey spicy salsa, the portions were generous and the kind owner/wife gave complimentary soup while we waited.
We also tried their fruit bowl which was huge and filled with fresh, sweet, ripe kiwi, melon, bananas, blueberries topped with whipped cream and granola.
So glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem!“

“Stopped in by chance yesterday and I'm so glad I did. I had the fish tacos that were cooked while I waited. Lots of cod with an interesting sauce that I'll have to find out what it is. Sliced avocado on lettuce and topped with salsa as a side. Looked so tempting. Reasonable price and a very congenial person was operating the truck. Oh yes, I'll be back.“

Old building and maybe not the most romantic atmosphere but it seemed clean and orderly. The prices didn't match the online menu but it was still a good deal for how good the food was. I'll most likely be back!“

“Many birria options-tacos, burritos, tortas, nachos,etc. Tastes like they have an abuela in the truck. Very reasonably priced for the portion size and quality ingredients. Consomme has so much flavor you'll want to pour it on everything. The meat is tender and delicious. The tacos are well seasoned and have the perfect amount of crunch. The torta is big enough for a truck driver with a good appetite. Unlike many tortas the bread didn't get soggy and had a slight crunch. Highly recommend.“
