Not only were the drinks delicious and refreshing, but Heather's friendly service and vibrant energy really added to the atmosphere. All the guests were raving about the unique experience. I'll definitely be booking Pacific Perks for my next big event!“

“Skip Dutch and Starbucks, this is the place to go!! Bentleys is the perfect place to stop for a mid-day treat. Their milkshakes are to die for (especially the biscoff one) and their lemonade are just as good! All the workers are genuinely friendly, and super helpful when it comes to choosing a drink! Definitely a must try!!“

“If you're looking you're looking for delicious coffee and amazing customer service look no further. As a traveling salesman, I must start my day off right. Every morning I visit these ladies, always greeted with a smile and great conversation. Most importantly, the coffee is the best in town. The only complaint I have is that I'm on the road too much to get something to eat or drink in the afternoon.“
“I always like to order something simple like an iced americano with cream when trying new coffee shops so I can really experience the quality and flavor of their coffee grind - and Mill Town absolutely did not disappoint! Coffee tastes great (and is reasonably priced) and the service was quick and kind as well. Definitely plan to stop by again when I’m in the area!“

“I like to treat myself to something from Starbucks when I make the drive in to Albany from Corvallis to get prescriptions at the CVS in this Target. Every time I have done so, I have been pleased with the friendly service. Sometimes they seem a bit understaffed for the level of busyness, but they have always apologized if wait seemed long and are efficient and attentive when it is my turn to order. I have always received the exact drink I ordered (I do have a more complicated order!) Actually, every employee I have interacted with at this Target, no matter the setting (pharmacy, checkout, Starbucks, etc.) is friendly.“

“Love the girls there every time I go. Always makes me feel so welcomed but a couple times, the guy I’ve had an interaction with I didn’t love. He needs to have better customer service and also he didn’t make sure I wanted to add my rewards to my app. I missed out on points for three drinks because he just scanned my payment and gave me my drinks then told me have a good day. He didn’t make me feel welcomed honestly. But love the girls they are so sweet and kind.“
“I mean it's Starbucks what can I say. I like their egg white bites & small NITRO cold brew with almond milk. (Must say nitro) But truth be told if I want better coffee I drive just across airport Rd to the Santiam coffee drive thru. But if I want great coffee and a cool atmosphere to hang out I'm going to dark bloom. Even though I think the best coffee in town is Cafe moo they're not always open. Anyway I guess it boils down to Starbucks is my 4th choice in Lebanon. Unless you're just one of those people who has to speed through life and get your things as quickly as possible. Santiam coffee just across the street their drive-thru line is always shorter than Starbucks.“
“Not only are the workers friendly, they remember your drink!!!\nThey make the best Non fat Green Tea Smoothies! Also for my hot drink I will get a 12 oz. , triple shot, sugar free, non-fat Vanilla/Carmel Latte. You know what ? I never have to repeat my drink order. Caitlin and Erica are so very professional and friendly! I always look forward to seeing them😄“
