“Yes it’s delicious. Go get chicken but here’s my experience. Dude, these guys actually told us we only have 3 tenders and they would have to make more food. Really, you’d have to make more food? During business hours? Wait a sec, isn’t that kind of what you’re supposed to do? I mean I get that it’s Saturday and 11:38 but I didn’t come to sympathize. I came for delicious chicken! Get it together man. I’d like to note that I rarely complain about these things, but when you try and talk me out of ordering after a gig I have to say something somewhere.“

“My Apple Pay doesn’t work on their payment but I paid with card so anyway surprisingly for a gas station fried chicken I only got 2 thighs cuz I like thighs and the skin was decent but the meat is good. I didn’t taste much of the “Cajun” in it. It only tasted like pepper and a bit of saltiness but the crispy part is light and crunchy. However when I got there around 11:30am there was barely any chicken put out so maybe a fresh batch would taste good perhaps it might but otherwise it’s definitely a bit more better than KFC and Popeyes to be honest.
Mashed potatoes on the other hand is meh… a bit weird taste to it. Sorry…“

“I think the chicken here was actually pretty delicious. It raced through my system way too quickly, but that could just be my digestive system. It looks like they inject some sort of seasoning into the meat all the way down to the bone, which is a new concept for me. I’ve worked in restaurants most of my life from dishwasher all the way up to a chef. And surprisingly, I’ve never heard of this concept. It is going to be something I try at home. The gal behind the counter was very sweet. I was in and out with a five dollar box of a two-piece dark meat and JoJos. That’s a good deal. So I would say if you haven’t had truckstop/gas station chicken, this is one worth trying.“
