This just happened recently - two back to back mess-ups in one day actually ? - due to staffing issues / overworked employees. The shift supervisor (Emily) was very kind and apologized and remedied the issue to my satisfaction. Top notch customer service!!!People are humans, not robots. Mistakes happen.
