“It is without reservation I give Simply Pho, the best rating for food and service and add that they are THE BEST resteraunt in Salem! Their food is always perfectly prepared: crisp/tender for veggies and meats/fish tender, very flavorful and appealing to the eye!The staff are efficient and friendly. And,the place is as charming as s strip mall restaurant can be.In addition it is very clean.My friend and I frequent this place so take this into consideration.
Vegetarian options: There are plenty and Im guessing they'd adapt.
Dietary restrictions: My friend is on a FODMAPS diet and is able to eat many options .“

“Me and my friend came in for dinner after the mall closed. The man who sat us was super sweet and made some fun convo while we were paying, the food was absolutely delicious, I’ve never had potstickers that good. The room was quiet and dimly lit enough to be relaxing but not in a way that was dark. 10/10 experience“

“The BEST pho and fried rice around! I eat a pretty healthy diet and one of my main concerns going out to eat is if the food will make me feel sick or not. I have eaten here multiple times a week for months and always leave feeling great! The flavor of their beef broth is out of this world! And their fried rice is a hidden gem (normally it comes with meat and peas but I get it without). The staff are always so kind and helpful! I done in, take out and have it delivered. All of which are incredible quality! I will never go anywhere else for pho!“
