It's so sad that the Grants Pass location closed during covid. It was my favorite burger in town... The food was good, took a while to be acknowledged, but once we were, we got very friendly service. Food didn't take long. The store was clean.
Got here at 9:40 on Christmas for DoorDash. Tried handle on both doors, locked. Sign said lobby open until 10 and there were no Christmas hours notices. I knock on door and make eye contact with a man in the lobby. He motions to go through the drive-thru. Waiting in drive thru, an employee says they are only accepting DoorDash orders.Fine by me, I’m paid by the hour.Though I think they should get a small PC and printer for employees to print paper signs as a heads up.
