“This tiny, hole-in-the-wall gem was completely off my radar until a client of mine recommended it to me, and it's now one of my 2 favorite places in town for Thai food. The dining-in options are very limited (I think there are only 4 or 6 tables to sit at?), but don't let that stop you from calling and ordering some take-out! Side note: call ahead as much as you can in the evening on a weekend. My guy stopped in once (without calling first) for take out and had to wait 40 minutes, but the fact that he was willing to do so should tell you something...
Anyways, my favorite Thai dish is green curry, but everything I've tried here is good. Give it a try!“

“Well it's been 7 years since we ate at Olive garden. We moved from Colorado to a remote little town in Gold Beach Or. Sadly we had to take a trip to Medford. My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer. I asked him before going in for a major procedure what he would like for dinner. Since he couldn't eat after midnight. He loves loves the lasagna and fettuccine together. He ordered the tour of Italy. I ate the chicken parmesan with my salad. I had family come from California to support us with this journey with my husband. We all had a very delicious meal. Thank you for the wonderful food and service you provided. “Lemon Grass Thai Cuisine is absolutely delicious! Every dish tastes fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The curries are rich and creamy, the pad thai has the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, and the portions are generous. You can really tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the food always comes out hot and fast. It’s one of those places where you finish your meal already thinking about what you’ll try next time. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Medford for amazing Thai food!“

“My daughter has been wanting to go back here since she was in Medford last fall for a business trip. We were passing through on a road trip and it was a great stop for dinner. We got soooooooo much delicious food. Our server was fast, friendly and attentive. The price was excellent compared to what we would have paid up North near Seattle.“

“Fantastic veggie/vegan breakfast burrito. Seasoned tofu scramble (you won’t miss the eggs) and LOADED with veggies! Wrap even nicely browned, not pasty like most burritos. So so tasty. Even if you’re not a veggie try this burrito!

The regular Coffee is excellent comes in real cups with refills and forks aren’t plastic.“

“Pretty cool place that is fully sprinkled. We had the cheese curds and pretzel to start. They were both delicious. The cheese curds were crispy but didn't seem over fried. I had the Modern Cowboy with Buffalo. The burger was cooked to perfection and had a good taste. The fries had the perfect crispy outside and soft inside. My wife had the nachos. They were good, but there are better options.“

I am very impressed by the customer service at this location. I received a call from an associate today who explained the situation and apologized for my experience. They also offered 2 gyros on the house. The gyros were great and the only thing more impressive was their willingness to reach out to someone that had a poor initial experience.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was quick and the gyros tasted very fresh!
Big thank you to the Medford team - I'm impressed and I WILL be back. 5 stars.

ORIGINAL POST BELOW.

The first two times I ordered from this place, I ordered the gyro.
Both times, I was told that the protein for the gyro was unavailable. No problem, I switched my order. Today, I called ahead of time to verify that they had gyros in stock and was told that they do. Awesome!
I ordered 3 pita wraps - 1 smoked pork, 1 chicken ceasar, and 1 gyro.
My order was delivered but wouldn't you know - only 2 wraps! And of course, the gyro was missing.
I've tried to get a gyro pita 3 times from this location and I keep getting shafted. The first two times I can forgive as it was not their fault. But they completely left out 1/3 of my order today with no offer of substitution or they just simply forgot.
I won't be ordering from this place again.“
