Having food allergies, bland dairy-free sorbets have always been our only option. But last night...the POG and the Coconut Creme Pie literally were the BEST ICE CREAM WE'VE EVER EATEN! “This tiny, hole-in-the-wall gem was completely off my radar until a client of mine recommended it to me, and it's now one of my 2 favorite places in town for Thai food. The dining-in options are very limited (I think there are only 4 or 6 tables to sit at?), but don't let that stop you from calling and ordering some take-out! Side note: call ahead as much as you can in the evening on a weekend. My guy stopped in once (without calling first) for take out and had to wait 40 minutes, but the fact that he was willing to do so should tell you something...
Anyways, my favorite Thai dish is green curry, but everything I've tried here is good. Give it a try!“

“Delicious food! The servers and cooks will accommodate to what you ask for as long as they have the ability to, and they even recommend you certain orders to save on portion size and money. Their macaroni salads are my favorite too, the best in Medford imo“

“Well it's been 7 years since we ate at Olive garden. We moved from Colorado to a remote little town in Gold Beach Or. Sadly we had to take a trip to Medford. My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer. I asked him before going in for a major procedure what he would like for dinner. Since he couldn't eat after midnight. He loves loves the lasagna and fettuccine together. He ordered the tour of Italy. I ate the chicken parmesan with my salad. “Best Thai food that I've had thus far in Medford. Having served in the US military in Thailand I know authentic Thai cuisine. I had Pineapple fried rice with shrimp and Thai ice coffee. The food and drink were served quickly. Portion size was very good and the entrees was delicious. They may look small from the outside but inside they are huge of flavor.“

The regular Coffee is excellent comes in real cups with refills and forks aren’t plastic.“

Visually make sure they actually provide more product for the additional cost on your request(s). Other than that all good 👍 😉.“

I don't see good customer service anymore, but it is consistently good at this restaurant. Management should give kudos to this location for always doing a great job and making their customers feel appreciated.“

“Pretty cool place that is fully sprinkled. We had the cheese curds and pretzel to start. They were both delicious. The cheese curds were crispy but didn't seem over fried. I had the Modern Cowboy with Buffalo. The burger was cooked to perfection and had a good taste. The fries had the perfect crispy outside and soft inside. My wife had the nachos. They were good, but there are better options.“

I love that I can reliably meet with out of town professionals here and know that the menu is unpretentious but truly perfect. Some restaurants have a hard time with fading over time on the quality of their food and ingredients, but Cicily’s is always wonderful.“
