“I have been here a few times for dinner in various nights. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is tucked in the corner of the shopping center. They are always very busy with to go orders and folks walking in to eat. The food is always very good. Fresh and made to order. The restaurant has about 6, 4 tops and is cozy. The staff are always professional and keep our drinks filled and again make sure we are happy with our choices. Tonight I got the eggplant and my daughter got the red curry. Both delicious. Spring rolls also very good. Take the time to visit you won't be disappointed.“

The curries are rich and creamy, the pad thai has the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, and the portions are generous. You can really tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the food always comes out hot and fast. It’s one of those places where you finish your meal already thinking about what you’ll try next time. “I have been eating at Shinsei Sushi for several years. We live in Mt Shasta, and every Medford trip means lunch at Shinsei. The sushi is fresh and excellent. Service is very amenable. This is not a restaurant for ambiance, as it is a standard strip mall setting, but everything else is very enjoyable. This restaurant gets a lot of high 5s from many Mt Shasta, Ca. residents who make it a point to eat there.“

I am very impressed by the customer service at this location. I received a call from an associate today who explained the situation and apologized for my experience. They also offered 2 gyros on the house. The gyros were great and the only thing more impressive was their willingness to reach out to someone that had a poor initial experience.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was quick and the gyros tasted very fresh!
Big thank you to the Medford team - I'm impressed and I WILL be back. 5 stars.

ORIGINAL POST BELOW.

The first two times I ordered from this place, I ordered the gyro.
Both times, I was told that the protein for the gyro was unavailable. No problem, I switched my order. Today, I called ahead of time to verify that they had gyros in stock and was told that they do. Awesome!
I ordered 3 pita wraps - 1 smoked pork, 1 chicken ceasar, and 1 gyro.
My order was delivered but wouldn't you know - only 2 wraps! And of course, the gyro was missing.
I've tried to get a gyro pita 3 times from this location and I keep getting shafted. The first two times I can forgive as it was not their fault. But they completely left out 1/3 of my order today with no offer of substitution or they just simply forgot.
I won't be ordering from this place again.“
