“Whoever the shift lead/manager is today (afternoon/evening) is phenomenal. I accidentally received the wrong item in my order when I stopped in on my lunch break. I didn’t have time to go back when I noticed because of the short amount of time I’ve for my lunch break. I called when noticed to let them know what happened & they actually answered the phone & told me to come back within two weeks & they would get it taken care of. Whoever owns this location or trains the employees should own/train all the locations in the Portland metro area. It’s OK to be human & make mistakes you just address it & take care of it the way the person today did & you will be able to retain your customers. Whoever helped me that was wearing a red shirt deserves a raise!“

“The place has improved over time something that seemed impossible, the service is fast if you visit by car and inside everyone is friendly in addition to keeping the place super clean, they have a person helping the people who are going to do your order with the new devices, which are touch screens, because not everyone is familiar with technology and that is very good that they do it, especially for older people, I think it is the best McDonald's not only in the area, but in all around including Portland. Apparently it has. Someone who monitors the work they do and that helps the place improve.“
