“The crab Rangoon is to DIE for! It's so good, especially with some sweet chili sauce! I got the Kind Dee Samples because I like a little bit of everything and I ate the entire thing it was so good! The Thai iced tea I had with it also had nice flavor! The lady helping me was really nice, and the food was ready really quickly after I placed an order as well! Truly a hidden gem ?“

I can't imagine they have high profit margins because they are using high quality ingredients. They used King Oyster Mushrooms in their Tom Kha soup! Above expectations for sure! If you like a place with more than FAIR PRICES, HIGH QUALITY ingredients, DELICIOUS food, GOOD PORTIONS, and QUICK service--then run don't walk to order at this little local family owned joint.Also--it is not at all too spicy. The food was complex, rich in flavor, and well balanced, but not at all spicy. If you do like it spicy, they will accommodate and add some heat to your meal. But don't be put off by the fact that Thai food tends to be spicy. They keep the richness of the Thai cuisine but cater to the American spice tolerance. Needless to say--ask for it spicy if you want it that way! They will say yes and make it just right for your capsaisin preference!HIGHLY RECOMMEND. “I love this place so much. Ken & A are the nicest people ever!!! I have been going to Spoon & Folks in Dallas, OR for as long as they have been open. Everything is delicious. Especially the Pho. I recently moved out of state & I can not find anywhere that makes Pho soup anywhere close to them. My best friend mailed me frozen soup. That’s how good it is. It’s the first place I come to when I visit & the last place before I leave to come eat at.Much love to the staff. “For the first time in 12 years and 160 Yelp reviews, I am at loss for words to describe a restaurant... this one is other-worldly AMAZING! Like you drove to Dallas, Oregon and ended up in Thailand. We had one bowl of Salmon Pho and one bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup (definitely not your grandma's CNS!) and an order of salad rolls. Everything had extraordinary flavors that left us "MMMmmm"ing and "Ahhhh"-ing. See! No words! Just the sounds of slurping into something so unexpectedly yummy that you haven't even finished your first meal there and you can't wait to go back again and try something else. It was more than a meal, it was an culinary experience beamed 7,500 miles around the globe to an unlikely spot, and now it will be one of our absolute favorite destinations.“

“I LOVE Silk Thai. Do not sleep on this place bc the food is fantastic. Everything - from taste, texture, freshness and choices. I haven't ordered one thing yet that I did not enjoy. The ambiance is peaceful, simple, clean. Service is great. The owner always seems to be working and she's very attentive to everyone in her care. It's located right on main street amongst the cute shops and local shops. Great for dining alone, with another or a group.“
