“This one is for Dana and whichever kind-hearted chef helped her work some magic on Feb 2nd, 2019. I came in with a very strange request to buy a cup of vegetable oil so I could go back to the camper and cook dinner for my kid. Dana got it. She made it happen. Dinner was awesome. I make it a point to never eat in the lodge at a ski resort, but because of this customer service, I'll be making an exception for the 'Stube next weekend.“

“Pretty standard diner fare. What makes this restaurant 5 stars for me is the huckleberry pancakes and the huckleberry milkshake. The pancakes in the huckleberry short stack cover the entire dinner plate and are enough to feed two people. Whenever my husband and I dine here we always split the short stack, a side of two scrambled eggs, and a side of sausage. Really hits the spot after a good hike. I’ve yet to try the huckleberry pie, but it’s on my to do list. Do yourself a favor and try any of the huckleberry items on the menu. You won’t be disappointed.“

“It’s taken me too long to post this, but we (adult family) were in there for breakfast on Nov 6. Our waitress Uki was absolutely awesome!!! We don’t get out that way we are east coasters). Be sure to give her our kudos!!! We love Charlie’s.“

“Great establishment in Government Camp! Food is delicious. Matt (owner) is a cool guy, and the staff is great. Dog friendly on the deck. For cocktails, I suggest the Mt. Hood Mule.“

“Great family vibe. Great Tots covered with Chili, cheese and sour cream. Rental shop staff was knowledgable about bindings and adjustments needed. Had to get my gear adjusted from last season. Single lift so hard to get misplaced. Lots of beginners everywhere. They have a seperate area for lessons which is super nice to take lessons away from the public.“
