FRESH seafood and big portions. We had steamers and a big bowl of cioppino. Plenty of meats with a sold tomato base but could've been a bit more garlic/onions to my liking. Friendly and caring host.
Excellent service and food. We have been to Newport 8 times. Unfortunately, that was the first time we went to Sharks. Definitely will not be the last.
AMAZING! Owners are absolutely wonderful. Their food is incredible. It's a must must MUST! Don't pass this place up ❤❤❤

Based on the reviews, Sharks | Seafood Bar & Steamer Co. is a super cute spot with delicious, fresh seafood. The food is out of this world, with items like Dungeness crab steamed to perfection, Ciopino with massive chunks of fish and crab, and Gumbo with so much fish. The food is not greasy or fried, just tons of top notch seafood cooked in old school recipes. The service is amazing, friendly, and fast. The waitress/owner is stinking adorable and clearly loves what she does. It is a family run business with a great atmosphere. The newer location is super clean. Guests have been visiting for over 20 years and it never fails to impress. It is definitely worth the money and trip.
