“Broaster Chicken & Jojo potatoes! OMG I'm in heaven. A lot of places advertise Broaster Chicken... but this is legit the real thing. The owner just bought the broaster (think deep fryer/pressure cooker) and does the real deal. If you've never had Broaster Chicken, you've gotta try it. The Broaster cooker somehow fried the chicken and JoJo's and the result was crispy juicy chicken and crispy fluffy inside jojo's without the grease you get with traditional deep frying. Another place a couple hours away makes this too... but it's more expensive than the Meet N Place is charging. A four piece chicken with Jojo's was 13$. Quality is top notch and well worth the trip. Check out the updated beer garden out back, covered and heated. Very cool flags hanging too. You can't miss this place, look for the giant Sassquatch on the roof as you go down Main Street. Glad to see this place is hanging in through the pandemic.“
“Probably the best place to eat in Corvallis that I’ve been to, on my work trips. Upscale atmosphere, delicious food and drinks and service to match. Highly recommend to those looking for a higher end meal and service. The brussel sprouts with pork belly is so good I could eat it for every meal!“
“Stopped in for a quick drink after dinner. Drinks were poured well. Quiet bar off just off the beaten path. Smaller establishment but we were able to get a table right away. Cool vibe. Vhs tapes and tube tvs. I believe the owner was working behind the bar and she is very proud of her establishment. Will be going back on another date night to try their food.“
“More bang for your buck vs the big national sub chain. Twice as much meat and a 1/3 bigger as a small vs the 6" from the big brand at about the same cost. Bread was much better at University Hero as well. Excellent customer service.“
“Always great to stop by the 2 Towns Ciderhouse for a taster of the newest ciders on tap. I always plan to walk out with a 4-pack or 6-pack for out of town friends. Great knowledgeable staff to take care of any questions or inquiries & very attentive to all even in the craziest time of day.“
“I was reading some of these 3 and 4 star reviews......let's face it--some people are impossible to please!I'm new to the area my first time this evening I had a phenomenal Bleu Cheese burger with amazing fries .Great beer selection and staff was friendly.
